Very Accommodating. We purchased Samsung S23 Ultra yesterday at Samsung store DCC. The Filipina Lady who assisted us was very helpful and accommodating she answered all our questions in regards of the unit. Great staff and friendly they even serve us water. Thank you and will definitely comeback if we will purchase any Samsung products. Thank you!

Nothing is worse than their service..
15 days to get a newly paid washing machine not fixed - but a call back from someone who would care about a customer, going round and round finding someone to response!!
Was our mistake choosing the brand after being with indesit for 15 year.

If you want a to suffer go for it.
The best i can say - nothing went right and the service and customer service guys are outdated .

Note my problem was the very second day after the purchase as 25th April and until now going into circles.

Untrained staff. Severely lacks product knowledge, evolution of specs, variations. Just reading specs from catalog or display banner. Unable to explain product specs and features in lay man’s terms.

I bought a Samsung washing machine with 2 years warranty in September. In December it started shaking more than normal and moving around, when washing is finished I find the machine 1 meter away from its location. I called Samsung customer service 5 times in the last 2 months. First time I was put on a video scanning where the lady from customer service wanted to check the problem. I have been told that I'll get a call in the next 3 days to schedule the appointment. No-one ever called. I called them again. This time I have been told that they will send an email to their service marked URGENT. No-one called again. And one more time. And one more time. Today is March 6th, when I called them again. I received the same answer- We are sorry, we can't see in our system if any email were sent previously, but this time we will send and mark it URGENT ???? THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE EVER! In Dubai no less, where people are able to make a building in 2 months, people from Samsung aren't able to come and fix a washing machine. Think about this before you purchase and don't bother paying extra for warranty, it's useless!!!

Hello everyone,
Yesterday (7th may) at 8:30pm we buyed a Samsung galaxy s23 ultra and we were transferring the data from old phone to this new phone and it took almost 3+ hours as phone was got switched off, even after 12 midnight Jayson and Cheen was waiting for us and also for one more customer and they provided us an excellent after sales service.They were very polite and helpful. Even I would like to mention Zameel is very knowledgeable and gaven us better price as compared to others.

My Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has been experiencing issues at the Samsung service center since last week, and my experience has been nothing short of awful.

The technical person who is sitting on the counter was busy playing games on his mob, and not ready to listen to the issue and asaskedo keep the phone there and we will contact you.after 2 to 3 working days.

The same day evening I sold my Samsung Galaxy and purchased an iPhone.
