Smart design . Good product and accessories display. Good variety of Samsung products. A wider range of Samsung products compared to other Samsung stores. Clean, well managed and maintained store . Good service . Friendly and helpful staff. On time delivery.

Overall, I would strongly recommend visiting Samsung Dubai Mall Branch for anyone looking to buy, trade - in or have any concerns about their gadgets or electronics. Staffs were very accommodating and knew what they are doing by explaining to their customers by heart to understand how to explore and manipulate the gadgets especially to the phone that I traded - in yesterday. Special mention to Ms. Raven, the sales person who attended to my matter, to the Filipina lady over the cashier counter who was very courteous in dealing my personal details in purchasing my phone and she further explained how trade - in phones were done and lastly, to the new cute and sweet young Russian staff whom I approached first where to go and ask for trade - in phones. He politely answered me with a sweet smile on his face the direction of the trade - in section. The level and quality of time, care and dedication they gave to their customers / clients was outstanding. I was very happy with the service they gave to me yesterday. I AM VERY SATISFIED and my long trip from Al Ain to Dubai was WORTHWHILE since Samsung Al Jimi Mall Branch in Al Ain is under renovation. ♥️????????????

Best consumer focused and customer satisfaction oriented store I've ever visited in uae, from sales persons to cashiers to managers all are smiling and with a friendly attitude (special mention for lahcen Amarir for his big assistance to me during my visit).
you can find most of Samsung products you want, there is also a service center for your Samsung hand-held devices and also people to help you with tips and tricks to use your all Samsung products, if tou want to buy a Samsung product, Samsung show room in dubai mall is your place.

Went this evening with a friend to buy a phone. When we entered the store, no one bothered even to say hello or assist. The lady standing on the first stand at the entrance just gave us one look and ignored us. We walked around and no one bothered to talk to us. Went and stood at the galaxy A stands and checked out the phones. One guy came from inside the rooms and walked over to us and said hello and asked if he could assist me. He was very helpful and made me recommendations. I bought the phone and went my way. A big thanks to you Shaheen. You were very professional and represented your brand well. We need more people like you who do not discriminate people just by looking at them. When i come in next for my next purchase i will definitely ask for you.

Awful service, purchased 2 Samsung refrigerators from this store and had two separate deliveries for the same brand of product. Second delivery keeps delaying delivery time when I have a request for the priority and was reassured for the first delivery. So I called again and delivery guy promised from 4 to 6pm and gain I have to call am 6:30 and the guy was at another client and lying again that he is on the way. I called the store because I had purchased from them, to follow up with the delivery and they simply told me that I needed to contact the driver. What a shame, I wish I hadn't bought anything from them.

Sales person in this store are judgemental, they will entertain you if you are well dressed. This is my personal experience based on my two visit. You can be better guys.

I bought a fridge and a washing machine. they called me and said they would not give me a white washing machine and I wanted silver by paying the difference. I made the payment but they sent home white instead of silver. They apologized and said they would send silver on Monday. guess what happened Monday came white and it was stated that the company did not give silver. I've been a Samsung user, including the phone, for years, I've never seen or heard such a disgrace. It is very sad that they apologize and make the same mistake.

Dr Mc Naughtan and O’Neill and Reception staff have been registered with them over 10 years and they are 110% FANTASTIC best doctors I have ever had 5**** practice

Personally wouldn't even rate this medical centre. As they say each to their own. Receptionist staff are rude, I myself am a receptionist for a NHS business have been for nearly 3 years yes I get you have your odd bad day, your busy days, your own problems and not nice customers to serve but to have a bad attitude and to have a vibe were you seem like you don't want to be there (you probably don't) 24/7, people go to the doctors when they have problems going on themselves so to just crack a smile wouldn't hurt would it?? The doctors all say the same been going since I was a baby when they used to be on Lady Bank Bellahousten back in the better days. I was getting my bloods took recently as for the past two years I've been complaining about bad stomach problems and as per usual they hit me with IBS (because they can't think of anything else) all the tablets and nothing works so clearly not IBS, these recent blood tests have 110% put me off going back, I have photographic evidence, the nurse (who credit due was actually nicely mannered but probably cause she never fully knew how to deal with a patient who has bad veins to get blood out of) has left my arm in a state (not to help she never even got blood out!!) she continued to try both arms twice and my left arm the second time she basically done dot to dot with and now my arm is covered in stab marks and all red and sore! Never have I felt so ill, I'm one to not have a fear of needles I find them quite relaxing actually but after that experience I'll never be going near a needle again!!
