Very bad service from this branch they made a mistake about the name and then when I came to fix it they asked me for extra charges for what it’s not my mistake they want to steal ur money in any way

Upgrading my payroll card into payplus and they told me to pay for another person that my company applied otherwise i can not upgrade my own payroll if I did not pay for the both..what a disgusting service!!i don’t even know exactly who’s person they mentioned..
