Despite the stability of the platform and great features. The most annoying matter is the charges applied on different instruments. While other brokerage firms has commission free trades, Saxo still having high commissions!

Very bad customer experience..my withdrawal request is being put on hold for no valid reasons since multiple days now. Definitely avoid this bank, from my side next step is to raise a case with the central bank through my lawyer as they need to be aware ASAP about these malpractices and take action accordingly

TERRIBLE! Tried to withdraw money and the withdrawal has been open for 2 weeks. Any attempt to contact customer service ends in promises that are not kept and so far I have not been able to withdraw my money. I will definitely look for another broker

First time in my life witnessing a broker that holds your money for more than a month when requesting a withdrawal. Not only this, but when you try to ask the "customer service" for help, prepare yourself for extra disappointment as they will not provide any useful information to you.

Just a recommendation, if you are looking for a platform to invest in, there are much better brokers out there.

Stay away from this broker! Withdrawal request since 20 April (71 days) not received. Another withdrawal request on 20 June (11 days) is not received. The customer service is very poor, they will not even try to help you, they will just tell you to contact your bank.

Worst Experience using Saxo especially SaxoSelect.

I have subscribed to SaxoSelect Alpha Commodity, which went down 16% in 1 month. I closed it to invest the balance in stocks to recover my losses, its been a week and you they still not processing my withdrawal request. I lose amazing opportunities to recover my losses all the stocks that I wanted to buy went up 10%+ in the last few days while my funds are still not release by Saxo.

I called their customer service more than 10 times and they realized that their is an issue that needs to be resolved by their payment team. I keep on being told it will be resolved in few hours but nothing is happening!

i received a survey whether I would consider only using Saxo instead of using multiple other platforms for trading. The answer is no!! not when a simple issue like this requires weeks to be resolved.
