Two of us went in for blow dry hair curls.
They had to be told several times they burnt one of our heads, pulled our hair and were generally rushing to a point that it was painful.

I paid for curls and half of it was straight and not to mention my scalp now hurts from rushing, pulling and hairdryer that were too hot. They treated my hair poorly just brushing quickly and without care constantly.

I would highly recommend if you care about your hair to not go here because they care more about money than good service and experience. Never have I been into a hair salon where I have come out feeling stressed and uncomfortable and at over a meter long hair never in my life have I had someone wash and curl it in 30 minutes which just goes to show how much they were rushing and worrying about the walk in client that wanted extensions so were not concentrating.

The pictures are before brushing out which just shows you how not curly it is.

Amazing experience. I do have a very fine hair and had terrible experiences in the past of chemical cuts and etc. I’ve started doing my hair 4 years ago with Alex and I can’t do with anyone else anymore! He is the best - great color and my hair did not break anymore. He has a timing to make sure your hair don’t get damage and the result is just perfect! Highly recommend in Dubai! Thanks Alex Cera and Say Salon for the quality service (ah they also serve great coffee and tea there)!

Amazing place! Alex is the best!!! The way how he works, so carefully without demanding the hair, hair after bleaching is so healthy. Using only premium products. Definitely will recommend and come back for sure!!

My hair was a mess when I visited yesterday. Patrick fixed it so it looked so good and heathy. He is the best. I will never go to anywhere else when I am in Dubai. We travel all over the world and I am saying Patrick is the best. Every time I leave Dubai and need to Color my hair. I have to return to Patrick to get the best job No one is even close to the way Patrick And my haircut I received was excellent. Excellent salon.

Nino and Patrick ( the owners) and their team with their magic hands will make you look and feel like A million dollar babe! The place as at the highest standards of professionalism and great atmosphere! Must do your hair there!

Best hair salon I've ever been to, by far. Everyone is so kind and friendly + they do an amazing job every time I've done my hair there. 5 stars for service, 5 stars for cleanliness, 5 stars for the staff!
