I had the pleasure of dining at Seagrill Bistro during my stay at Hotel Fairmont The Palm in Dubai, and I must say that the experience was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and accommodating staff who made me feel right at home.

The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, with a beautiful view of the ocean and a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were wonderful and really added to the overall experience with their warm and friendly personalities.

As for the food, we opted for the set menu that was subsidized by the hotel, and we were not disappointed. The dishes were simple but delicious, with each bite bursting with flavor. The quality of the ingredients was evident in every dish, and the presentation was also impressive.

Overall, I highly recommend Seagrill Bistro for anyone looking for a great dining experience in Dubai. The amazing staff, delicious food, and lovely ambiance make it a must-visit destination for any foodie. I cannot wait to return!

Saturdays are for the family and Sea Grill is a fantastic place to spend the weekend afternoon enjoying family time and great food.
Nestled in the lush green gardens of Fairmont The Palm, this al fresco dining venue brings everyone together for sunkissed Saturday Brunch. The indoor interior of the restaurant is as stunning and the food presentation comes along nicely with the nautical theme.
Brunch packages start at 345AED for non-alcoholic package and 495AED and 595AED respectively for their wine & beer and sparkling & cocktail packages.
The superb views of Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina skyline are complimented by the live entertainment which creates a vibrant atmosphere.
The brunch menu comprises of sharing starters such as: Burrata cheese; Seagrill signature beef tartare; King crab croquette; Beetroot and goat cheese salad. This brunch is anything but basic - expect freshly Chilled seafood on ice - selection of fresh Oysters, Mussels, Canadian Lobster, Clams, Tuna and Prawns.
Dig into family-style main sharing platters straight from the grill: Marseille Bouillabaisse; Roast chicken & crispy potato; Smoked beef short ribs with house made spiced rub; Pesto pasta with Pecorino poached egg and arugula.
Desserts include Baked Alaska and Decadent chocolate cake (you’ll have to book to find out what these taste like).

Very nice ambiance with light and elegant seating. Slightly difficult to find entrance as it's somewhat overshadowed by the Little Miss India grander entrance but look carefully to the side and you will see the small alleyway entrance to Seagrill.

The staff are very attentive and polite and knowledgeable about their menu. Though when we went, they were clearly understaffed like most at the moment due to the covid cutbacks, but the team on duty was clearly doing its best. This manifested in several little niggly forgotten items or reminders needed which marred the experience slightly.

The good is excellent and no complaints on any dishes served which were all perfect in taste, texture and richness as one would expect in this class of establishment.

I went here for the Friday Brunch, we chose the version with alcohol. The bubbles were prosecco, it was quite nice. Some of the cocktails were awful, tasted like they were made with artificial flavours but others were absolutely delicious. You can also have spirits and mixers. The drinks and food are unlimited but you can only order from the brunch menu which changes regularly. The brunch is a five (I think ????) course menu with cold seafood and salads to start, followed by several hot dishes and finally desserts. You can order more of any the dishes but in the first instance they serve the table one of each dish, in order and you share. The food is bountiful, very high quality, tasty, fresh and flavorful. Everything is presented beautifully including 24k gold on the dessert and the setting is absolutely gorgeous. Service is top notch and the toilets are impeccably clean. My only gripe is that, as we were seated outside plenty of cigarette smoke from other tables wafted over to us and I find it disgusting while I'm eating. However, I appreciate that while travelling, local customs and laws will be different than what I'm used to at home and we could have eaten inside smoke-free. Outside was so stunning and warm it was worth it. We were there for 5.5 hours it was an amazing decadent brunch, we weren't rushed and it was truly a delightful experience. I highly recommend the Friday brunch if you're a foodie ????.

Best Italian food we have tried!. The risotto and mushroom pasta was simply amazing. Compliments to the chef. Service was also on point. Looked after by Aravind who was very friendly and even took time out to find out what mushrooms they used in our pasta.

We really enjoyed brunch here!
The place is elegant with a relaxing vibe outdoors (it’s not a party brunch); and the food is just amazing!! The seafood platter for starters was phenomenal and you can order as much as you want! Only thing i didn’t like much was the fish in the maincourse.

The staff are the highlight of this place; very attentive, very knowledgable and polite and really make you feel extra special! Would definitely visit again !

we came as a group of 7 for a friday brunch.
The wine package offered one truly horrible, inedible chilean wine, forcing you to upgrade to a more expensive package. very disappointing, and blatantly short hands the customer. Not the best first impression!
now to the food: tuna tataki did not taste fresh, almost as it it was defrosted
same for the shrimp nigiri, it tasted like dry plastic
the sweet and sour chicken is an unnecessary menu item. i did not just spend 150 usd to eat something i can get at panda express.
the baos had a bizarre filling and the sushi was rather basic
i could continue but my point is that you're paying a lot of money which is of equivalent quality to unauthentic asian fast food.
its not worth while your time and money
