The worst security office in dubai maybe. Been to many other but this office service is worst. You have to wait in queue for almost 2 hrs in hot sun to get temporary pass to do small jobs in any villa. They dont have any online portal for applying temporary pass even in this corona pandemic.

I go there for register my company in security office but they said we are not allowed to register in our computer just register in your mobile I tried many times but some error, I told security they said we can't help you go any typing center, I checked many typing centre they not doing register in emmar

100 people in que and 1 person serving for gaye pass. People are sweating standing outside for obtaining gate pass and no one from security bothers to think about it. Sending emails for obtaining gate pass never works. Horrible place

This Emaar site office offers help to the maintenance contractor's to obtain temporary passes to carry on there work in Arabian Ranches Villas and surroundings
They also help tenants whatever they need to enquire about the community procedures.

Such waste of timing queuing to apply for permits... Everyone works online these days what happened here!!! I sent an email with requested docs you never get a reply on time!!

Security persons all good there but new system QR code not working proper that why people facing problems.

This said offic is so badly. Only just for work permit waiting in line mostly 4 or 5 hours. Also waiting in sun ☀ light. This is the management so bad system
