Stopped by on the off chance on Sunday and found a gem of a restaurant. Food was fresh and tasty and the staff were great, friendly and professional. Thank you for such a wonderful lunch experience.

Atentative staff were very helpful and pitvup some balloons and banners for a family occasion. Good food but not fine dining, reasonably priced. Expect £50 for three courses with a drink

Sort of upscale but not pretentious. I'd give the service an eight out of five: the best of Essex.

I had a succulent fillet of Salmon. All the food was perfectly cooked.

Really good New Years Day meals for our party of 6 a wide variety of English style foods reasonably priced for three courses about £25 per head friendly atmosphere with accomodating staff.

1st time at this restaurant but won't be our last. The food was tremendous. My wife had the smoked salmon to start followed by the lamb, which she said was of the highest quality. I started with the pea & ham soup, followed by wing of skate. This was superb. The restaurant was very quiet, only 3 couples in, all of whom were visiting for the 1st time. This place deserves a visit.
