The venue was good. Good customer service. The Hot Spanish Latte was yum! We had the Chicken Quesadilla, Smoked Salmon with Avocado Mayonnaise sandwich, Sticky date pudding, Original Cream coffee chocolate. All these items were good, Chicken Quesadilla was our favourite. Also got a plain croissant and few chocolate chip cookies. There is a pleasant outdoor seating area.

What is most apparent when mentioning Segafredo is the association with excellent Italian Coffee, but did you know that this branch in Wasl Vita Dubai has full breakfast, lunch and dining options? Enjoyed very much. Had a very lovely Salmon dish. Spacious seating. Nice staff. Love the Segafredo coffee. Know it from Europe.

Steaks are amazing. Good quality. Coffee is also good. Nice place. Good for breakfast also.

Chill ambiance and a great cafe to relax and work from.

As I am sitting here drinking the iced cappuccino and having sips of my wife's "Chai latte", I can't help but to feel terribly dissapointed in my experience this morning.

Let me start with the positives: - Entertainer is available for meals and drinks, great for BOGO
- Location is clean and is a large open space with plenty of sunshine
- The barista had a kind attitude and was geniunly trying to accommodate and handle the understaffed café

Here are the negatives: - over half of the beverage menu was unavailable, there were very limited options for beverages. I literally pointed to 4 different beverages and the response was "sorry not available"
- there is no non-dairy option. Only full fat and low fat milk available. No oat milk or almond milk, even though their menu states that almond milk is available in a protein shake.
- the "Chai latte" was made using English Breakfast tea bags and literally had zero flavor. Chai lattes are supposed to be made with Chai, not English Breakfast. The drink is literally steamed milk. Very, very dissapointing drink
- the iced cappuccino is honestly, very plain without much coffee flavor

Bottom line, would avoid unless they improve menu availability and training of staff (Chai latte with English Breakfast tea bags? ????)

This place has a Top Top Chef! Order the Poached Eggs on Croissant with Avocado and and extra side of Mushrooms & Beans. One of the best Breakfast taste & enjoyment I have experienced in a long time! Bravo! 5* attention to detail.
