Many thanks for the gentleman who served Us, very attentive and warm- I forgot his name but I remember he is from Uganda- food is nice and authentic. Shisha is flavorful. No complains.

Semsom is my second home ???? .. the place is so peaceful.. they have most amazing options of food ???? .. its so beautiful place .. during week day they have offers for breakfast from 9am to 12 noon ???? & in the afternoon they have business lunch from 12 noon to 4 pm .. you need to come and try the place .. the team are so friendly and welcoming us whenever we come here. in the morning mohammed shehawy have an amazing since of hummar he’s the best ???????? .. god bless this place

Stuff are the best, great service, Nice location.
I remember i tried this restaurant 4 years ago, it was my favorite.
I tried yesterday. But the food is very normal and less than normal.

Good taste and decent portion, seating area is also nice with a view to water laser and fire show
They accept entertainer, so value for the money is great
Improvement needed to add more items to the menu, but overall its nice place
Will visit again if I am nearby

They have beautiful view of the fountain

We went there twice and order many things including grills, fatteh, kabba labania & salads. Food is really good.

The service is nice too. The only thing i consider bad is their prices are high compared with other competitors so i hope they consider having discounts or signing with discounts App.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my extreme satisfaction with my recent dining experience at your establishment. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the service was top-notch. I must also commend your staff for their friendliness and helpfulness throughout the evening.

In particular, I was blown away by the quality of your shisha - it was easily the best I've ever had with the show! I can definitely see why so many guests return to your restaurant and become regular clients.

Reasonably priced shisha and Levant cuisine. I like the Arayes and Hummus + the iced raspberry flavoured Shisha (indoors). Looking forward to bringing my friends here. Unfortunately you cannot play your own boardgames and they don't have a selection of games. Great service and it's clean. They got new shishas!

Disabled parking spaces are very close to door. Great choice of products, good prices. My wheeled basket was really too heavy to lift up at checkout and assistant did not offer to help, although it was obvious I was struggling... But charming and helpful otherwise. Great place to shop.

With ample off road parking and a well lit entrance and disabled area of car park you will safely cross the level entrance through automatic sliding doors. The store is very well lit, the aisles are wide enough for mobility scooter or pushchair/prams. The checkouts are low level and the staff are fantastic. The stock range for.a smaller store is very good.

Good layout and selection, staff helpful and items well stocked. Car park is always very busy. Be aware: there is a large area which is unusable in the rain as due to drainage problems it becomes a very large and deep puddle.

Could be a very good store but needs more funds. No self checkouts, the outside of the building is in disrepair and the manned checkout situation is confusing and badly organised even for the poor staff working there. The food selection is good and the store is fundamental to serve Bridge of Allan.

Shameful lack of mask wearing today 15th July - What are people doing? Restrictions haven't ended,; Covid hasn't ended. Customers and staff disregarding proper mask-wearing, or not wearing them at all. No sign of exemption badges. So, I guess, avoid the Co-op, as it's populated by people who couldn't care less for the health of others. When things change, I'll go back to it.

Disgrace of a run down shed and sell food that goes out of date that day and dont reduce it and some of their staff in theres customer service is needing brushed up pay attention more not all of them though. Stressful expensive place to shop, looks a mess all time and they cant be bothered serving as they keep you waiting for ages. Really dont know why this shed is still allowed to run

The shop was a shambles. If the staff spent less time flirting with customers and working like they should be maybe it wouldn't begin such a disorganised state.
