food is always nice but today we have been served by Ricky who is serving his area exceptionally well, even it was a BFAst Rush hour. He made sure to attend all our needs and even chatted to the next table who were tourists from Mexico. The couple also loved his very friendly aura. Hope Applebees recognize this kind of staff who contribute to the resto success.

Yet another delicious meal at Applebees Dubai Festival City.
Out waiter Mike greeted us with his amazing smile and even remembered our orders from our previous times here.
Thanks to the entire team keep doing what your doing.
The meal was fantastic, we had chicken and vegetables which was marvelous , thank you chef.
Can’t wait to return and will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Was not expecting much coming in here as I’m typically not very impressed with restaurants similar to Applebees, but my husband wanted to try it so we did and wow, was I impressed!

The place is very clean, staff was all extremely friendly and attentive, but the best part was the food - everything was seriously SO GOOD!

The sriracha shrimp (not properly pictured) was a VERY generous portion and absolutely delicious - superior to the ones I’ve had at PF Changs and Cheesecake Factory. The salad was delicious and my husband got a lime chicken dish that was also very good. We got a strawberry lemonade and a sangria that was so huge, I was shocked with the portion.

I was surprised to see someone else comment about portion sizes being small because I found them to be quite generous. Will definitely be back!

Applebee's as it reopens in new locations! and under new ownership The experience has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly put a smile on my face. The familiar quality and taste of their delectable dishes have remained intact, ensuring a delightful culinary journey. Whether it's their mouthwatering burgers, scrumptious appetizers, or indulgent desserts, each bite has been a pure delight. The impeccable service and attention to detail further enhanced my visit. Applebee's continues to be a beacon of happiness and deliciousness!

Finally open again ????
The restaurant is sharing the space with ihop, so you can actually order from both menues at the same time, BUT then be aware that you’ll get separate bills as it is still 2 different restaurants.
We had the Ribs and the Steak and it was perfect. Tasty and the portion sizes are big.
Softdrinks and Iced Tea are Free Refill ????

Ducie Road car park is on Ducie Road (as you might expect) - not Morton Street as google maps seem to think. However, if you drive down Morton St from Church Road to Ducie Rd and turn right at the end you will get to it.
Car park is fine - free for up to three hours and usually has spaces
