They have construction work and you can never relax during your treatment. Strongly advise against it. So many other great places in dubai to do a spa day or get a massage

Striking plus points:
-Amaaaaazing staff.
-The aromatic interior.
The quiet space is perfect to unwind. Even after the massage , just loitering with some ginger tea or spending time in the sauna or the steam room ..... heavenly ambience.
Loved the quality products they use.
Shall definitely come again.

Visited Sensasia Stories Kempinsky mid April 2023 and I couldn’t have made a better decision than this on my birthday month ☺️. In this place, the treatment doesn’t start in the room, it starts from the minute you enter the doors and meet lovely smiles from the reception. The comfortable space, calming music and their Ginger tea ????combined with a great model of care and very professional receptionists & therapists – made my visit a great experience and has helped me begin to feel better. Oh I’d recommend “The Luxe Coco Ritual with Stones” option & it gets better…they can even customise a package according to your needs. Shout out to Patience she’s a vibrant spirit & Alice a very professional therapist . What a lovely place to be ????

I went for sensasia at kempinski spa, expecting 5star service, ended up being highly disappointed. There was a drilling and no one informed me on the phone when I booked myself for a massage (same day), they told me only upon arrival they there might be minor noise... Well it wasn't minor and why disrespecting customers' time by avoiding to provide updated info?! They still made me pay 400 and the experience wasn't worth a single Dirham, unfortunately. Even the massage, they they are bragging about was rather painful than pleasant. On top they made me wait 2o min and the tea was scorching hot, I couldn't even hold the cup. Not a 5 star experience at all, they won't see me there again and I definitely won't recommend it to anyone.

I have been to this spa several times and always request Fa for my massage service. She always manages to provide an excellent massage that leaves me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The spa is always clean and the atmosphere is serene and peaceful, making it easy to relax. I highly recommend Fa and the spa for anyone looking for a great massage experience.

Best massage in Dubai. professional masseuse/masseurs. Great atmosphere. I felt relaxed and energised after the therapy.

Visited today with my husband for a couples massage and scrub and had the most perfect and relaxing morning. The staff right from the receptionist to the massuse were so welcoming and helpful.
They kindly added in an eye treatment free of charge as it was my birthday. I'd go as far as to say it was one of the best massages I've had. Would highly recommend.

Amazing experience! Had a 60 minute massage with Nelly and it was one of the best I’ve ever had :)
