Salah is the best hair dresser ever! My son was always crying when we were taking him to cut his hair until we found Salah in Caractère, he is gentle, very sharp and a very kind person. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this salon. We love the service!

I was in Mall of the Emirates and saw the salon , so I decided to give haircut for both pf my sons( infant and toddler). I wasn’t sure if it will be fine as it was my first experience here, but it was really great. Non of kids were crying, both hairdressers managed to keep kids happy and relaxed during whole process, so I am more than happy with service. It was very quick and very good. All staff were very polite and definitely we are going to visit the place again.

A great surprise. I was really happy with the service and the quality of service provided by the salon. Samir was the hairdresser who cut my hair and he did exactly as I requested and I didn’t have to ask for anything specific. He got my point and delivered an amazing job. The manicure and pedicure were perfect. Highly recommend this place!

Below is was my review from few weeks ago, it was incredibly good but tonight was the most disappointing experience. It was super lazy barber, didn’t want to do the beard properly was trying to sell facials, if you don’t want to do properly beard for current price may be increase it, the barber even cut my skin as he was so much rushing and the moment I refused facial it got much faster. Probably because I didn’t get the same barber as before

A lovely great hairdressers with amazing friendly and professional staff. My daughter absolutely loves visiting to have her hair cut here - the staff go the extra mile with dedicated child’s seating, lollipops and amazing patience when the little ones wiggle around. Can not recommend highly enough.

3rd visit for my daughter of 4. The hair stylists Salah is brilliant. Very gentle, patient and gives simple yet clear direction that kids cab follow.
Now she loves coming to Caractere.

Highly recommended this place for having your kids hair cut!

Our boys are regulars here. The stylists are so amazing with them and the cuts have always exceeded expectation.. more neat, more cool :) We love the salon. Salah especially, so good. Thank you!
