I would like to commend a sales woman for her kindness this evening at the Sephora Marina Mall location. I came in for a few items and this Filipino woman assisted me, she matched my shade and started applying the makeup on my neck (we were covering a tattoo), while she was applying I became very unwell, light headed, couldn’t form words, I started sweating profusely.. and I knew I was going to faint. I let her know, but I could tell she noticed a change in my demeanor. She quickly walked me to a stool, got me water and chocolate, fanned me, and took tissues to pat me down. I’m so thankful she was there to assist me, she made me feel very safe and continuously checked that I was okay.
What a wonderful human being ????????

They got almost all the best bands of fashion and style. Their fragrances sections is loaded with all the best sellers. Staff is really helping and nice. Overall good experience going to this place

Shop consultants are extremely annoying. It is impossible to calmly choose products, they come up every minute and try to impose products that you do not need.

Nice Sephora outlet, staff are so friendly specially the lady from Shiffa she is very informative and she understood my skin type and give the right advice, I also love ordering online from sephora packing is fantastic and a lot of samples. I didn’t give 5 stars as most of the products are not available online although it is available in stores.

I was plan to buy chanel perfume there for my bf... But suddenly 1 Indian lady come and show me some perfume from gentleman. But once I said I want the Chanel l! she try to convince me that chanel perfume is old style not elegant bla bla bla... Not the right place to buy the perfume there! But for the make up is good. The services from make up side is good never compare what brand that I want to buy.. Sometimes they just suggestion the colour which is still OK

I was really happy with their service. Walla was the staff who guided me in what I really wanted. She was extremely sweet. Got a sephora lipstick but she gave me honest opinion on what suited me.
