I overpaid and have been chasing a refund for over two months. I would avoid this company. If you need someone to do some maintenance at your home please seek alternatives…way better traders out there

Totally useless!
Technicians always come without any tools and after making false report send a quote which has nothing to do with an issue which was complained.

Worst maintenance company ever! 10 days leaking from bathroom ceiling and they only sending "engineer for inspection". Once all these engineers come and say it is from flat above they do NOTHING! On top of it all, all visits are during working hours, because oh my God, they can't come earlier or later and other people are just sitting at home and waiting for them! They're only one who are working apparently!

it's actually a very bad company who provides worse service in the UAE. they was repairing door of the balcony but the wheels they changed caused a damage on us.

the inspector came and told me it was my fault and told me that i have to pay to get it fixed! then i complained to the hotline and asked the manager to check onsite, then they fixed it for me. overall, it is a very bad and non responsible company who is doing a very bad job. it is not recommended to have them for your apartment or villa. Please avoid them!!!!
