This is by far the worst GP surgery I've ever experienced and I've been working in healthcare for over 10 years.
From the basic things; there is maybe one doctor who works part time, surgery manager isn't actively involved either. It's run by unprofessional staff. Every visit is guaranteed to disappoint you, for example basic things such as managing prescriptions, unaware of where they have misplaced their surgery stamp for important documents etc. This branch needs a formal review and complaints procedure. The midwife is good and the only positive. Not had any experience with the ANPs so cannot comment. Look elsewhere to register.

Also till now I m awaiting log in details to my patient access info despite filling the form.This has put me in a mess with my job.This is a Very ridiculous response from the admin team that only one doctor in the whole of that practice issues sick notes????
