Totally unsatisfied, they took 30 minutes to bring only salad, the employee have to manner, the plate is huge I understand but when he put the food he pull the serving plate to adjust the place but the plate fell on my Mothers lap, and he totally forgot to bring the food, before leaving i asked to bring the bill, he said wait there is food coming I told him Mr. I been waiting since I ordered i completed 1 hour and 17minutes.
The weather was very hot, i told him switch the AC he said because the kitchen is near.
The most irregular thing is he brought the biscuits upside down I even posted the picture of it.

Don’t advice. ????????????????????????

This branch is the best amongst Shakespeare branches, their paella-sotto is my all time favorites and this branch served it well, we were attended by Ellie, her politeness and friendly attitude makes this branch stand out to me.. best customer service! Thank you..

Quite place, quality food and drinks, in addition to their great professional staff.
Aryan is an example of a decent, fast , and helpful staff with a smile on his face all the time. If you visit this place, you will feel the difference if Aryan is there.

Leaving a review for the Management.

i like this place the service and food is almost always good.

today, i came here for some lunch and there is only 1 server (mister Naim) and there are more than 6 tables to serv.

mr Naim is very polite, always smiling eventhough he is stressed from the overwork.

i watched him do everything from answer the phone to make espresso take orders and submit the bills and collect payment.

this is no fair, he does his best to get to all the tables in time but it’s impossible since nobody is here to help him.

i would really recommend to hire some help for mr Naim so that this branch of shakespeare and co could be the best version of itself.

Staff is good and friendly, the food is not as expected and the lentil soup was very bad.
Mozzarella sticks is also less than normal.

Bad quality food and I won't come again.

I give 2 star just because the staff is friendly but the food is 0 star. So expensive & low quality food.

I don't think i will ever again visit Shakespeare for dinner/lunch again. They have great ambiance and seating, their taste is flat, just like any below average neighborhood cafe. But for this, they charge hell of money. Lamb Shank for AED87 with no taste, it seemed like they just warmed the already cooked one (with no taste/aroma) and served. Spinach Lasagna was another bad stuff that we ate, with no taste or different from any where else that u will get in AED12. They need to drastically improve their taste

It was. Sunday morning. We friends decided to go for breakfast. To my surprise it was very rushy and there was only one waiter to serve everyone. He was not taking the orders and the food was served really late. I mean on Sundays there should be more people. Very bad experience.
