The food is ok, reasonable quantity and price. Have eaten from Ibn batuta and MOE outlets. Their loyalty program is good. I redeemed points more than once.
One negtive experience I had was from one of their staff named Shantanu who seemed extremely impatient when customers take time to look through the food choices. He even said...you want to order or no?? I avoided him ever since to the point that if it was him behind the counter, I moved away to another outlet. Haven't seen him in a while, though.

Had food from here, portion is ok but the quality and taste has to be improved. Disappointing experience with tandoori chicken as it never had the tase of Indian Tandoori as the restaurant claimed .Moreover I had to remind and ask the staff to get the side dishes .

I usually order their Vegetarian Kebab Guldasta Combo, which is a great mix of Paneer Tikka, Corn Seekh Kebab & Hara Bhara Kebab served with some Naan and Chutney - sounds amazing right!? Except that they never have it in stock grrr!! And their Paneer Kathi Roll is a bit too spicy for my liking.

Pathetic tasteless stale food. Not recommended at all. They gave us biryani rice which were saltless and spiceless. As soon they know you are going to use entertainers their mood became upset.

Unpleasant experience to us. It's really disappointed the taste of tandoori chicken which I had never taken before , So kindly improve the quality and taste.

If you are craving for Indian food in the food court. This one is a better choice. The chicken Biriyani is delicious. Staff at this place was decent and the service was quick.

Horrible quality food. Had the Tikka biryani, too salty. Free lassi tastes horrible and price has only increased. In my 'to be avoided' list of restaurants

Absolutely disgusting. Several incidents now. This is just the end of me using them now. When I first started using their service, I would have a woman driver who was always reliable, kind, and considering. I haven't had her for a while as I can never seem to get a taxi with her anymore. And since all I have had is unreliable drivers who want you to sit there in silence through the trip. Waiting at the train station in the rain, despite calling ahead for a taxi. Having to give them a time window 15 minutes earlier than you need so you can get to where you are going in time. Missing important meetings because they are 20 minutes late. These are some of the examples, I have plenty more. Some are also reckless drivers who have no safety for the person they are driving. Will not be using again. Found someone who is so much better, reliable and will even talk to you when he's taking you somewhere.

Had a terrible experience with this company. Booked an 8 person mini bus to take us to my sons wedding giving them 6 weeks notice. They did not turn up on time and after 2 phone calls sent a car with pop up seats in the back which was completely unsuitable for us in our wedding gear and so not everybody could get in it.
The return trip was also a nightmare. I had ordered the same minibus to take us back to our hotel and then return to the wedding venue to take the bridal party back to their accommodation. The minibus was late and only wanted to do the second trip. After speaking to the office the very rude taxi driver took us to our hotel but no mini bus turned up to take the bridal party home. A complete disaster. The drivers were unhelpful and rude and the office staff not much better. I would not recommend this company.

I spoke to who I believe are the owners and they are very lovely people. I booked link hire for my wedding to transfer my guests from the local hotel to the wedding venue. This was done promptly and professionally with everyone being on time.

The only disappointment was that I made clear in several occasions that I would pay the taxi fare (not my guests) which was agreed on email. All my guests knew this too. You can imagine my shock when my guests told me they were charged and the drivers were quite rude about it when they said I (the groom) would be paying.

It's sad because it was a good service but ultimately they embarrassed me.

I would however use them again for general taxi services.

I’ve had fantastic service from Link Hire Taxis Daventry for more than 5 years. EVERY car has arrived on time and gotten me to the destination for a fair price. I live in the sticks and they’ve gotten here in good time, even with short notice. Friendly drivers and great service - 5 stars!

Pre-booked a taxi for mother of bride and close family. First ones out of a wedding, and now everyone else who booked with other firms has left already and were locked out of the venue standing out in the cold. Made a point to get to the gate before the time to ensure they weren't waiting. 30 minutes late already and no sign of them arriving yet despite promises on the phone that they're on the way.

Absolutely bloody appalling. I needed to get to Heathrow on Sunday and asked them to turn up for a specific time. Not only did the guy turn up 15 minutes late but he actually had the balls to charge me over £30 for a trip to Long Buckby Station! Disgusting and won’t be recommending them to anyone.
