Ordered poke bawl which tasted great. Though it is not genuine Japanese but this is one of the most delicious poke that I had in Dubai. The shop is located deep inside the food court but it is worth visiting there by walking for some minutes!

Ill mannered staff and extremely pathetic service. I don’t know who to contact or complain to, but the staff at the Mall of the Emirates branch don’t know how to talk to their customers. This has never happened to me before, so I guess the shock is real. I was literally crying because of the way your employee spoke to me. I insisted to talk to the manager but this rude person outright refused. All I said was why didn't your menu include details of the ingredients you have in your noodles, that's when your staff started shouting at me that it’s my fault and it’s on me to ask before ordering. Often restaurants take suggestions and feedback from customers instead of shouting and screaming at them. I tried to ask for his name but seemed like his buddies didn’t want him to get in trouble. I wouldn’t have cried but the way he spoke to me was just unacceptable, that too in front of everyone present there. Please check you cameras and hold this guys accountable. You lot anyway don’t have many customers; if you continue to hire people like these to represent your brand, you will have none. I am shaking right now and i’m so upset I even thought of eating from your restaurant. Absolutely disgusted to the core.

Worst experience. The male cashier at Mall of Emirates in the evening do not know how to assist the customer for the buy 1 take 1 smiles app. I have to study it myself to get the coupon. Seriously, the manager has not trained the cashier. The cashier was so rude. And if you are availing the buy 1 take 1, you'll be told to wait for 30 minutes. Basically the last to be served from all the other customers even if you ordered first. When I was looking for the manager, no manager around.
I blame the manager as more than I blame he cashier for the bad attitude. The finale, food taste was disgusting. It taste like food drenched in soy sauce. I will never eat in this restaurant ever. Mark my word, this establishment will close soon because of zero customer service, zero management and zero food taste. Waste of my 40 dirhams. I should'v eaten in KFC for half the price! Do yourself a favor, save your money and eat somewhere else.

We were really disappointed. I am craving for a ramen and I ordered one but what i received is like water bowl added with some noodles only with few chicken. I did not recognized the dish as chicken ramen. And even the beef teriyaki, was terrified. I hope the management will notice how you present and make your dishes as worth the price.

Not at all an option to eat. The food is tasteless, vegetables are half steamed and some of them raw. The chicken and beef is just grilled and teriyaki is just added on the top as a design. Lucky for me, there were 6 people who ordered from the same place and sat right next to me who has the same opinion. So, it is safe to say don't go..

This is a lower foodcourt stall in Mall of the emirates. I loved the bento box here. It came with either prawn/chicken etc. I chose the prawns. The rice with sauce was tasting very well along with some veggies and superb prawns. Many pieces of medium to small prawns- soft and tasty.
The salad given was also nice.
3 pieces of california rolls were decent in taste. Wasabi and japanese ginger strips were given to increase taste. There were 2 pieces of breaded prawn tempura and two fried gyoza. Price was 37 dhs. Plum sauce and another sauce was given.
Service was fine.
The mochi ice creams are available in few flavours at 7 dhs each. Small size. But tasty. I took the date and strawberry mochi.
Can be taken without prejudice.
