Excellent location, 24/7 security and so many activities on level P. 2 pools, a gym , and play areas for kids. Apartments are not old, nor are they new, but feels very very homey. A real 3 min walk to the beach and access to all of JBR just an elevator ride away.

My stay in Shams was nice, it's super queit and less noisy than Sadaf and Murjan, super markets around the building are not as good as those in Sadaf and Murjan, gym is not big. It's good for families or people who like quiet place to live in

Good place, but the life guard at the swimming pool Shams 2 is rude.

Hi we went today in shams 2 the security was really rude and behavire is really bad with everyone i will recommend to the developer please change the mangement team

Perfect location, host and facilities. Enormous en suite room. 5 minutes walk from the beach. Highly recommend.
