Visted this place during my trip to Dubai. The staff was so nice and accommodating! Beautiful and comfortable spa. My masseuse Maya gave me one of the best massages I have ever had in my life!! Highly recommend this spot!

The worst massage ever
I had massage in rayya wellness ramada downtown
I spent money for nothing
The therapist has no experience at all for massage
When I entered the room treatment, she just started rubbing her elbows randomly on my whole body for 75 mins with poor pressure, she doesn't know which bone which muscles ???? she just move her elbow around
When I asked for more pressure and a bit proper technique the therapist get upset.

My husband and I went for massage and facial. The ladies were very welcoming from the beginning. We got a short form to fill in, and literally within 5 minutes we were admitted to the rooms. After our sessions, we were offered a cup of tea and a moment of relax in the common area. Nice experience :)

Terrible experience. The masseuse who came in was very abrupt, rude, no communication, no introduction, no mention of the oils she was using. At the end left me waiting for ages after asking if I wanted water or tea. Would not recommend. Told the lady at the counter of my concerns who said she would let me use the sauna as a good will gesture. However the sauna was free to use for anyone staying at the hotel. The next day I could feel my knots in my back had worsend. She was clearly not experienced at all.

The person in reception is just trying to get the maximum amount to pay from you. Don’t go there they just scam you. They adapt the price based on the situation. Avoid them!!!

If I could give zero stars I would.
Booked a massage for 2 … had to insist we be in the room together.
Massage was so inconsistent for me and my friend
And we both left feeling muscle pain the same and following day.
Worst massage I ever had. I paid via Groupon but if
I had paid full price for that I would have been extremely upset

Pre-booking- We called and booked a spa for 2 at AED 395 however we were informed they don't have couples massage so we went ahead with the separate massage at their downtown facility.
Post-booking:-
We came in and were asked to fill a form, no information regarding the treatment or the rate or any sort of reconfirmation was made. While booking I was informed they had several kinds of massages but none were offered.
We re confirmed and were told they have couples room so we went ahead with the same.
As we entered the changing room we took some time as we were not prepared for a room without a wardrobe or hanger to put our clothes.
The Spa attendent knocked 2wice to tell us we were delaying their next appointment and they don't have all day. I didn't question her politeness and choose to ignore. When my girlfriend asked for an extra set of the spa boxers she provided it with so much attitude as if we were asking for something which we weren't entitled for.
My massues was very nice however the one who was treating my girlfriend (not so polite one) was in some kind of hurry as if she had a flight to catch.
Overall experience- I wouldn't want to visit them again I feel DreamWorks at jlt and the spa at damac Maison are way way better then this. I feel they should be more polite as we paid them a whopping sum of 399.The price confirmed over the phone and at the counter had a 5 AED difference which I didn't mind but after their service I felt I should've made a booking in my regular ones. I went here as it was closer to my gym.

The worst communication I had in my entire life was with the Rayya wellness team... Oh wow! Another level of unprofessionalism
