The hypermaket is the most decent market in the area. It may looks small outside but they have almost everything you can possibly need inside.

Inside is clean and organized, they have other stores too pile pharmacy and phone shops inside.

Dont bother calling and making an order. You'll be extremely lucky to get it within atleastbam hour and a half.. the usual is more than 2 hours. And when you call, they say driver is out. Just use noon grocery deliver or talabat mart, atleast they're reliable

avoid this place. no change for aed100. i was buying aed26 groceries and the cashier flat out refused my cash. what kind of supermarket does not have change? i would give it minus 5 stars if it were available. katchara place, katchara staff. what a sham...

Great offer/deals every week, the staff are accommodating. It's a hypermarket so all the things that you need are all here. Also, Yana (bakery section) is so good at handling customers, kind and the food that she cooked is delicious. Highly recommended. ????

Whatever i say about the bad experience i keep receiving would never express how bad the customer service is. Despite speaking with the manager multiple times things doesn’t seem to work.
Delivery orders may take 2-4 hours. When trying to order they may not behave well for no reason and not replying to your order is not uncommon.
Also they have 1 cashier personnel like 99% of the time so you’ll need to wait a lot.

DO NOT make a Delivery from these people , they will send you all the Rotten Vegetables & last day Expiry bread!! Look what type of food you get !! Drive 6 mns to City Land Mall and buy decent vegetables !! When I called you them theye said this was meant for Garbage someone sent it by mistake !!! SCAM , and totally not acceptable

Many customers have had bad customer service experiences at shams Al Madina, Liwan.
Why this horrible attitude towards serving customers?
Poor pay, long working hours, disgruntled workers waiting for the next possible job jump even for a couple of hundred dirhams.
And of course we do not expect customer service trainings for the staff.
So the Manager must think different how and IF he wants service to improve.
But I would definitely like to share the UNBELIEVABLE and OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I had yesterday, at Al shams madina, Liwan.
Filipino Cashier AILEEN, actually said,
“ Sir, I was waiting for you to come to our branch, because last time you were here, by mistake, I deducted AED3.50 from your bill. So I need to return that amount to you “.
My wife and I profusely appreciated Aileen’s honesty.
I went and mentioned this to the Manager as well.
So why this very opposite and WONDERFUL experience I received, compared to so many other unpleasant ones experienced by other customers?
You see, the working environment is the same, but what is remarkable is that Aileen believes in exhibiting such values in life.
It is her own excellent attitude and behavior towards giving such customer service that makes the difference.
WELL DONE, AILEEN; KEEP IT UP.
Dear Management, look after performance oriented staff like AILEEN, before she goes elsewhere at double her salary. Yes, she is worth double.

Very bad delivery service,

Nice place for shopping groceries. Its located inside liwan community. There is no dedicated parking for customers.
