They don't open 24hrs. They're just lying. Don't go there in the middle of the night for any emergency.

Hello,
I am new to Queue Point and Noticed the poor reviews of this grocery concerning more on the high price and bad CustomerService.
Why no one make a complaint to certain authorities?
I believe they increase the price because of no competition. But someone has to do something to deal with this kind of people.

I haven’t seen any other supermarket in this region with such a substandard customer service. They dont even care if someone is buying from their shop or not. No single person will help you in that shop if you dont find what you are looking for. And then the price is too expensive as well.

Bad stuff , really high price for mai dubai water I bought mai dubai 200ml 24 pieces for 20 dirhams thats a a scam it in ajman for only 4 dirhams and other supermarkets for 9-10 AED

Horrible service from the staff. They do not care if we buy from there or not. They always deliver late and once they delivered expired items too. There are supermarkets in the vicinity with better service.

As you can see very fresh vegetables buy a kg potatoes and you will get 3 cockroaches for free.
