I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from your bank. Upon leaving my job, I received an End of Service letter that indicated an amount of 10,000 AED was being held for my credit card. While I understand that this is within your rights as a bank, I was disappointed by the rude behavior of the collection team on phone , keeping in mind that my balance is much more higher x times than that and no due amounts ever to my cc.

I didn’t understand why customer service is forcing me to visit the brunch to submit papers while we are in UAE and today in 2023 everything is digitalized and the government is making huge efforts to increase the happiness of the residents and encouraging paperless transactions moving towards sustainability However , I did and submitted my new visa, contract, and ID at the brunch to release the held amount, but I was surprised to learn that the bank required a salary transfer letter for such a small credit card amount. I have never heard of any bank forcing a salary transfer for a credit card.

As a result, I have decided to close my credit card account to release the amount( as collection informed earlier but I just didn’t want to that time was using cc with no issues or payment delays for the last three months). And then to close my entire account and withdraw all of my money from your bank.

I hope that you take my feedback seriously and take steps to improve the service quality. I also hope that future customers do not have to face similar issues.

Worst experience! My card was blocked because my documents were expired so I went to the branch on sunday with my passport and Emirates id to update the information. They told me it will take 1 to 2 days for my card to be activated again. Today is friday and they didn't update my info yet and my card is still not activated. I have been calling customer service daily and they promised to look into it, still nothing. Very bad service. Will definitely be making a new account in another more competent bank.

1- SHARJAH ISLAMIC BANK I was there for withrawal and there a staff KAMALUDEEN SYED he's not serious in his work in a week I go there 3 times and I give him EMIRATES ID CARD to waithrawal money he's saying give me Account number I TELL HIM TAKE FROM ID CARD please tell custome is customer and behavior with customer is not goood and Dina madam always good

Not helpful staff. Inquired about business account opening. Was asked to bring all the docs printed out. Seems the bank is still in the 2000. Now no entity asks for the hard copy. Everything is online. Changed my mind and will never ever visit this bank.

Always one teller on front desk event there is space on 4 cashier and he is some where doing something else and he need 10 to 15 to come to frontdesk i feel going to supermarket not a real bank . Employees has chatting style and ignoring customers ...all this due to one issue no managment no control no monitoring

This bank branch is incompetent .My daughter a bank account at SIB at the university of sharjah and the next day a SIB bank official dropped her two bank cards at the university and said it was now activated. We transfered 5000 aed to those accounts and 24 hrs later the money was reversed due to account not being activated .This branch did not want to help and insisted we call the helpline ourselves. Never again.we were told to go to the branch by the call centre and the branch tells us to contact the call centre.....
