I wanted to give them zero but couldn't get option waiting from last 2 hours just for plan cancellation and still my new not came. While taking connection it's doesn't take a 5 minutes but for cancelation u need to wait more then 3 hours skip ur work and personal things. I never seen such kind of customer service anywhere in world what i has experience in du. I think it's was big mistake to take a du connection. Worst service ever by any UAE company .

If you want to install a new home service they will do it instantly and if you want to cancel the same, then it is a different story. Made cancellation requst through online, no updates, called several times no one attending. Visited the Du store, long queue and just one counter for cancellation. Stupid service

One of worst service. Very very slow working. No body's sitting in the counter. Total 10 counters but only 4 guys in the counter but they also not working properly. Just time passing.. please don't visit this branch... Kindly take an immediate action.

I don’t know what happened between 2019 and now but I wouldn’t give them bronze rating nor 5 gold stars as their entrance states.

They tell you take a token, take a stroll around the mall and come back! You come back your turn is gone. You speak to the manager for a simple e-sim replacement he tells how this is how it is.

Just tell people to sit and wait instead of making useless suggestions.

One (*only one*) billing support station, that:
a) takes an hour to load
b) agent takes ages to connect
.... Only to be told they will escalate the issue on their end after 24hours.

Question - why can't these issues be resolved via email (by professionals - as the emails previously sent clearly aren't a mitigation to this issue) or by the normal agent handling desks (as this is clearly just a checkpoint and a waste of time to get to the billing support station)?

One of the worst services ever. They rely on their technology which is faulty. They assume that people are crazy. And the depend on technology. They are no where close to etisalat. The manger keeps talking to one client and the others keep waiting. With such a large branch they cannot even handle simple services. This company needs to close up and let etisalat show them how this business works. Just please make it easier on people and shut down the company.
