Too small portions for the price, speaking about delivery.
For example, in a good mall like circle mall we can take double size of their portion almost in any cafe for the same price.
50 aed for a small shwarma for one person, lol

Chicken shawarma rice bowl, it was good
Footlong beef shazooka sandwich was perfect
Juicy, good quantity of beef 5/5
Tahini brownies was the best. Goey with chunks of chocolate and a tahini swirl on top

Dears if you are unable to meet minimum taste of Shawerma dont do it please ,I ordered Chicken sandwich Shawerma and its tasteless i couldn’t feel anything like shawerma ,Its plain shawerma with zero effort on taste but big effort on packaging ,I suggest that look into the real taste first then the packaging

I ordered through NOON food delivery, Mama beef shawarma with french fries, and unfortunately, the French fries was not there. It's not about the incomplete food that was delivered, it's about the quality of service. It's like you bought a medicine in a Pharmacy which is not in the prescription.

Quite disappointed from this place. I used to order from Shawarmama a year ago and it was super good. I usually order the Chicken Burrito with Pomegranate Molasses with the fries and cheese and shawerma. To my surprise, I ordered a year later and the sizes change drastically. The burrito is no more a burrito but the smallest sandwich. As if they wanted to cut costs. Very very disappointed and will not order again from here unless they change back to the sizes they used to offer.

One of the worst restaurant I’ve ever ordered shawerma from as my order came to me after 1 hr and half food is very cold and in completed order however I paid online I called the restaurant he is keeping confirming that he gave to the driver but I confirmed that driver doesnt give me so he promised to resend the missing items but nothing happend I called to follow up he told me that the driver confimring that I received.
Very bad managment and dont know how to control their drivers and handling the situation I am very disappointed

They sent my order short of two BOGO (Buy one get one) Shawarma. On calling them they told me that they have sent me the two missing Shawarmas and I will be receiving it shortly. After nearly 1 hour when I didn't received my order, I called again and their their online help line chat told me that there rider is telling them that he has delivered it to me.

I could clearly sense that they were not being honest from the start and were just giving me false information.

Beware ! if you order online and use a credit card as I suspect they might be doing this to other customers as well by charging them and sending out order that is short of what is actually being ordered - missing items.

I have kept the receipt with me and have noted down the names of both the gents I spoke over the phone. The most disturbing and disappointing part is not the sharwamas part but blatantly lying on my face and telling me that I have received my order when I did not received any of my missing orders.

Save yourself the hassle and go else where. Not recommended at all !

What a treat from Karen who answered my phone, because she didn't know how to solve my issue she hanged up the phone on my face!!!!!! I have made an order of 4 combos but recieved 3 only and the restaurant couldn't solve this so simple issue, instead that lady kept apologizing with no solutions !! If only he apologies were eatable!!!!

Again I called the restaurant and explained the whole issue to another employee, and again he kept me on hold for another 10 minutes for nothing, then it is ended up by disconnecting the call!!! This is my first order at this restaurant and definitely will be the last, if I didn't pay to it I would difenately not accept it and would return it to the restaurant.
