Pathetic service. I booked a Thai Massage and when I changed the masseuse started shouting at me about my package expectations. She was also fighting with the receptionist when she heard there’s a client come in. They charged me AED 260 dirhams as soon as I entered, however seeing the masseuse in a bad mood I changed my mind and requested for a refund of AED 260. The receptionist reversed the transaction and gave me a void receipt. Later I found out it was a fake receipt because I never received my refund in my bank account. The bank has confirmed that the receipt is fake - but now they’re not replying to my messages. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. It is shady and dingy and bad service

Unhygiene and Disrespectful staff. I left in 10 mins. Receptionist is so rude and other staff is bad.
