Worst service. Tried calling them to morethan 20 times know availability of one costume but great staff disconnecting the call. If you guys don't want to sell items to people then better close the shop

There is sign board outside its within a warehouse which has other companies ,A closed door which has a contact number where u need to call him to open ,He has no idea about the price where he needs to check for each item ,Over priced and accept cash where he actually insisted to have one dirham instead of issue a discount ,Unprofessional and will be last time to buy from them

The worst experience i had ever, I was looking for specific custom 4 yrs old size, i found it everywhere for 80 aed max but bigger size, however it was available on their website same size i want but for 120 aed. I paid and requested the order to be pickup. My wife went to collect and when we opened the order at home we found the size from 5-7, when i called them the answer was “we know that we gave you different size because the one you selected was not available”… they are cheaters, unprofessional, untrustworthy, rude…
I will not help to refund after 3 day’s waiting to collect the order and now my son will miss his event because no time to order from other place.. even you refused to send the size 3 to try and return the not needed one asking to collect first as you they don’t trust the customer…

Please never shop with them again…
