VERY BAD!!
Worst experience with a delivery app ever!
Driver was two hours late including one hour+ of discussion with their agents to “solve” the problem.
Driver was only telling lies, one time he told I arrived, then he said I didn’t pick the food, the he said that no one is opening the door for him then he said that he is at the doorstep, he confirmed the location was right. Then he stopped picking my calls and talabat team’s calls.
I requested a refund to my card. Agent promised to follow, then he refunded the amount to talabat account.
I had to order again and wait 35 more minutes. It’s ramadan, and we had the meal 2 hours late.
Everything was a complete mess. This is the third time I face bad cases with talabat. I’m cancelling my account once and for all.

Many times happend the drivers say that he dont have change i send him to bring change and then he either disappear or block my calls !!!! Around 4 times different drivers. This time he took 30.75 dhs from 2 days im waiting talabat to solve it they just keep saying we apologize but never sent the driver back !! For sure this is last time ordering from talabat

Mr. Areej, the agent that I had honor speaking with, not only couldn’t resolve my issue, but also was providing me false (or else the actions that were permitted very recently) about how the application works. In particular I wanted to place the second order of exactly the same content that I just ordered from the same restaurant but each time I tried to application was either crashing or the after pressing “continue” it didn’t perform the action. For the half an hour I couldn’t reach out to customer service because apparently only when threatening to cancel the order application gives you the opportunity to speak to an agent. After all, the agent wasted my time asking me rubbish questions about whether my app is updated and if hat version of the app i am using! How am I supposed to know what version is that? The bright ending is that the agent told me that I cannot place two orders from the restaurant at the same time and I need to wait for it to be delivered, which is WRONG!! I was doing it in the past and even app offers you an option to continue with the order but for some reason today it is lagging and that function is not operational! What a misinformation, lack of training of agents, lack of support and disastrous attitude towards answering critical customer questions! Never ever again!
This review is copied now and I will be posting it in your social media, Google reviews and other websites! I asked for talabat to contact me, nobody did!

I made an order from their application, it’s not delivered, I called the driver he keeps saying its done, when I asked to whom you give it as my kids & my maid were in the front yard and we received 3 orders before my order however the driver didn’t answer my question & hung up on me & switched his phone. Then again he tax me saying that it’s done again I asked the same question to whom you delivered he didn’t answer my question. This not acceptable as I paid almost 100 for this order that I don’t know if the driver eats it or give it to someone else.
Also the driver didn’t call me when he reached like all other drivers does I had to call him.
I have also placed a complaint in customer right cause this really Frustrating. I don’t understand why there is no call center for this company?!
They really need to train their drivers & their staff as I post complaints through the app till this moment my issue was not resolved. Very disappointing with this company & will never use their app again.

Very disrespectful drivers , Talabar has the worst service i have seen, no customer service to even help me with mu complaint, i have received two orders that i placed by sequence, i did not take a photo of my first order and decided to let go of the incident but both orders were spilled

I have been a regular user of Talabat, it used to be convenient and hassle free for me and my friends. Lately, the service just went from 5 to 0 star.

Just the other day, I ordered and paid thru the app from a restaurant that has the quickest delivery time I can find. Ordered and paid online. Expected to get my food delivered not more than 30 mins (as per the app).

But to my surprise, I received my order 2 hrs (and could be more if I have not called and complained)
What's more disappointing, the order was tagged as "delivered" in the app.

Reason for delay? I missed the call from the rider and decided to leave.

First, unable to pick up a call IS NOT A VALID REASON! ( order was paid prior by card, delivery address is COMPLETE! And do you even know what CONTACTLESS DELIVERY MEANS?!) It means you can leave the order at the reception as noted which is supposedly hassle free!

You CANNOT EVER tell a customer that not picking up a call is the reason for the delay. Do you expect me to answer calls during a meeting? And thanks to you, I need to eat lunch late (WITH A COLD MEAL!)

I CANNOT express further my disappointment. With no email/customer service hotline to contact (apart from a chat support), this is the end of my patience in using your service. (And for my friends too)

Bad services , Don’t get tricked by the company and try to take a photo otherwise you will not be refunded .. once I received my order was spilled all over the bag. I told the driver I will not accept the delivery Unfortunately the driver run away.I tried to complain through Talabat and they refused to refunded me because I dont have any evidence .At the end shame on the driver as well as talabat behavior hope they can upscale their service in the future. For the time being use other companies

The driver brought our order with sauce dropping from the paper bag and our food scattered all over the bag. I told him to it and bring me the same order again as this is unacceptable. The driver went and after few minutes, his supervisor called me to apologize and said that he will send me a new one. Next thing I know, the order is cancelled and we were left waiting for 2 more hours for our food. It turned out that when they cancel the order, you will not have anymore option to rate it on the application. Very smart move but not quite TALABAT TEAM. This incident left an entire family hungry and kisses off. Unfortunately, this experience will not go away unless an official apology is made.
