My Car was repaired after an accident, they informed me every step of the way and delivered the car on the expected day as estimated, however i refused to accept the dreadful finish, masking tape lines, missed area and damaged trim, QC dreadful. A week later My Car was returned to me after having another respray and the damaged trim replaced. the final Finish was great, the additional Mileage to my Vehicle and the shoddy first time workmanship not so great and is why I'm only giving 2 stars, i was without my car for a week longer than it needed to be and i didnt have a courtesy car and the fact that it was presented in the first instance as it was and they still insisted on the full excess payment, no compensation was offered. it left my house on half a tank of diesel, I got it back with 1/4 of a tank of diesel

Have taken 10 days to do a simple wing mirror, when we needed the car most (in rail strikes), however, did respond to our request to complete so was able to rescue our daughter for Christmas. They are very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service. Smart courtesy car, daily progress emails. Quality repair work to front wing. Car washed and polished on collection. Highly recommend.

Car Craft repaired my car after a collision. They were great - they collected my car, kept me updated with the process and how long things would take and delivered my repaired car back to me all polished and clean. Fantastic work - looks like new. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great company who repaired my bumper to an incredibly high standard whereby you would never know it was damaged in the first place. I would not hesitate to recommend them particularly Robb and Paul who went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant experience. Thanks.

Third time I have used Carcraft body repairs. Would never go to anyone else. First class service by the team from review of damage to pricing to quote and then vehicle repaired. They keep you updated and informed of progress. Courtesy cars are also available, delivery, pick up and drop off service. The quality of the work carried out is an outstanding finish - you cannot go anywhere better - plus they are audited to make sure they achieve the excellent standards they work to.

Fantastic experience throughout, was kept updated, they turned up exactly when they said they would, my vehicle was returned on the day they said it would be, courtesy vehicle was good. The repair work was top quality- like new again. I cannot find fault with Carcraft and would definitely recommend them.

The tailgate was damaged and need replacement.
The whole process was handled by them with no problems and resulted in what seems to be a good quality & thorough repair (I have only had it back 24hrs).
The only point was that probably due to supply problems I think it took longer than I anticipated for the repair to be started and then longer than I anticipated being repaired, but I have very little experience of such work so my expectations appear to have been inappropriate.
