You couldn’t want for a better place, the decoration, the view, right on the water (if windy wrap up warm). Nice staff. Prices expected for a hotel but reasonable. Def. Recommendable. I’ve been several times and taken any visitors I get. All times of day are fantastic and in summer lovely place as breezy.

Secret Place Found!
I went to the Skafos brunch for the first time last Saturday.

I was impressed by how beautifully the whole area is designed. The hotel (Canopy by Hilton) manages to create a really great atmosphere.
Skafos is right on the waterfront, so you have a great view of the Dubai Creek.

The brunch is very extensive and offers a combination of buffet and table service. The selection of drinks is also impressive! I was absolutely convinced by the quality of the dishes.

I do not enjoy giving poor reviews. This one deserves it ten fold. Walked into "Skafools" better if that was the name of the restaurant. We both ordered the "The Angus" as it states on the menu. Take a look at the description. Really Hilton? Thinking it was an actual angus steak with salad, sourdough bread on the side. A snaswich is chef's specialty?? Shameful. One of us also wanted to order cod and they said it was unavailable?? Why is it on the menu?? Initially the service was non existent. The lobby staff took our order. Stained shirt on the server. Not even 100 grams of steak. It was well done and chewy. Looked like the chef had a bite or two before serving it to us. When we said for the "steaks" to be done medium she looked at us like we were talking martian and it was not a steak. Look no offense to anyone but I think the menu is misleading and for a 4 star Hilton property the food portions should be corrected and properly stated on the menu. Not reccomended. Zero stars. Very disappointed. We will not be dining at another Hilton property for a while. Blah.

Wonderful seafood brunch at Canopy hotel Al Seef. Live BBQ and very authentic paella. If you love seafood you should to try here once!

Went there for Iftar with office staff. The place, service, food, staff and everything is brilliant. There were varieties of food items to select. As an Asian food was not in our flavour but we enjoyed the food. When we considered the location it was next to the sea (I'm not sure) and was a very calm and peaceful place. we enjoyed the evening with the staff and recommend it to anyone and hope to go there again .

A hidden gem of a brunch! Delicious starters brought to the table, then a buffet main, as well as fresh seafood delivered to the table, as well as lots of desserts available! Drinks were delivered quickly and generously. We had a great time here! After we went up the 7th floor sky bar for a free Aperol to watch the sunset. Fabulous all round- staff deserve a shout out too!

Can't say enough good things about this lovely hotel hot spot at the end of the Dubai Creek in Al Seef. I came to enjoy the early evening, a glass of wine and the lights along the water. The lovely Nilima took such great care of me, truly all the staff. Everyone was so kind and ensured I had everything I wanted. Thank you to the Canopy; I will certainly return soon!

Nice place with a great location! Restaurant looks clean and professional staff! Susan was very kindly and professional! We tried Burrata as a starer and Linguini con frutti di mare for main course! Pasta was cooked perfect! Cream Catalan was tasty but really small portion! We will come back! Thank you !
