A very nice rooftop bar that serves lots of cocktail options. We loved the vibe in here. First we came on a Tuesday, availed their offer of 99AED for 3 drinks. They serve peanuts on the side.
Ladies night is every Fridays, got 2 complimentary drinks for free & ordered their classic pizza. It’s not really crowded when we were there so it was a best way for us to just chill with a view.

Pool and restaurant at the roof top of Canopy by Hilton
Pool is a stretch narrow from 3 ft. to 5 ft.
It is a relaxing mode as you can see the view of the Dubai Creek and buildings of City Center
Talking about the restaurant, in my stay, they have lack of staff...
My order came 45 minutes... but it is a tasty one....
Clean and tidy even the shower area..
They have also a clean towel available.
There is a lifeguard and he is accommodating.

Nice view! You can enjoy chillax time at the roof top bar. We just dropped by here for taking some coffee and dessert. Unfortunately, the açai smoothies which i ordered wasn't available...I ordered two cakes that were cheese cake and Milk cake *leche . I don't think either good. The taste weren't refined. It is acceptable but not satisfying. Need some improvement.

I think it is suitable place for you to enjoy just drinking????????

Beautiful place to chill by the pool. Good vibes and nice view. Only downside is I had to ask them twice to stop the music when Athan (call for prayers) was on. And one of the staff said the music had to be all the time on. That wasn’t expected and wasn’t nice to hear as we are in a Muslim country and we follow the rules of the country not the rules of the pool place and hotel. I hope this can be fixed as it is very rude and not acceptable. Thanks

I recently had the pleasure of visiting SOL Sky Pool & Restaurant Canopy by Hilton Dubai for my birthday surprise party, and I couldn't have been more impressed with my experience there. Paritosh, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to help my friends arrange the party, and his kindness and helpfulness made a lasting impression on me. He truly deserves to be named Team Member of the Year for his outstanding service.

Not only Paritosh , rest of the staff at Canopy by Hilton Swere also incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our visit. They even came over to our table to sing "Happy Birthday" to me, which was a truly memorable moment that I will cherish forever.

The view from the sky bar is absolutely breathtaking, and the food and drinks were delicious. I spent an amazing day at SOL Sky Pool & Restaurant, and I want to thank everyone who helped my friends make my birthday surprise party a reality. Your staff is truly amazing, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a memorable experience in Dubai.

Mr. Edwin gave us excellent service and made delicious mocktails that were a huge hit with our kids. Great service and fun atmosphere! ????

Great place to be. relax and enjoy the views. Food overall is quite good, Burgers, Chicken Sando and Lollipops are the best probably. Very friendly bar staff that make excellent cocktails too.

1 start for the view and 2nd star for the staff.
As we are standing here for the NYE party we are wondering why the DJ is playing music only for herself and leaving her station so often. Nobody is dancing and we all have bored faces. We found out she is not actually playing but we are listening to an usb compilation of 20 songs max and she cannot make any changes and even the volume cannot be increased. Do better next year guys. Disappointed.
