The shop closes at 10:30pm when called to inquire one of the representative told us come before 10 pm. I told him ill be there by 10:15pm he said they dont sell after 10pm. I asked him again co i didn’t believe what he told me. I asked him if i come 10 mins later than 10pm will they sell or not he said that they dont sell after 10 pm. Such a shame that they shoo away customers

I would like to commend an excellent service provided by your staff named Basil in the gold souq Deira location.

I made a purchase of Solitaire Diamond from him because of his nice and courteous attitude and for providing quiet a personalized service, which is very different to other sales people. He understood my requirements and was working to help and find a solution for the sale.

As it was a surprise gift for my wife, he ensured that it was kept discreet and the information was not shared with my wife. He as well called me the following day to check up on the purchase ensuring everything was meeting my expectations.

A very honest and courteous staff who you should be truly proud to have working for your store.

Please do relay my super thanks to him and I hope my feedback can be shared with him.

Three weeks (August 2021)back I purchased a white gold ring with small emerald surrounded by white stones which they claim to be diamond and took its price from us. Though they said it's a daily wear I didn't rough use it. Few stone fell off and few shows looks faded yellow colour in just 2 weeks. Thank fully they replaced the stones.
