Extremely bad customer service, their courier has refused to deliver my shipment with no further explanation. He called me at 9am to ask for my location saying he will deliver today, I have waited the whole day inside the apartment waiting for this shipment and at 7pm I found out he had refused to deliver my shipment.
I called the office to request for an explanation, and they simply do not have any answer on that. It is a shame to have a situation like this, very unprofessional and rude staff, I will never use their service again

Delivery guy left with my parcel because he did not have change for cash and did not accept credit card... called customer care ( waiting time 28mn) and no response/action. Online tracking status was also incorrect ( as if receiver was not available)....Had to cancel order .... Bad experience

This is definitely the WORST delivery service I have got from a company in the UAE.
There was a passport which was meant to be delivered today morning and we were promised by the associate who came to pick up the passport that it would be delivered the next day in the morning , as the person it was meant to be delivered too was traveling the next afternoon, I kept following up with skynet as well as the driver who was so rude and uncooperative to help out and the customer service agents I had followed up with Ernie, Carmina and Jessica the absolute worst. Told me that they would get back to me after following up with the dispatcher and the rider but no one ever called back. Definitely never using their services again. Absolute trash and unhelpful customer service representatives. If there were an option to give them a 0 rating , I would definitely hit that.

I agree with all the Reviews I have seen below . This is a third grade courier company .

I request all the sellers to avoid this company . My parcel from a seller was out for delivery for 3 days and they just update ‘ consignee not reachable “ . I had even called them . But no news. Still my parcel is waiting for there mercy

Luckily it’s on Cash on delivery

I was so worried when I saw the bad reviews. Nevertheless, I tried their service. It was domestic delivery and they exceeded my expectations. Aramex and DHL said 2-3 days to Yas island and price was double. Sky net done it in one day with half price. Thank you guys. Keep it up.

I was worried because of negative reviews but surprisingly they're the best courier I've used so far. My only problem they don't offer free RTO as others I have used

I try to contact Skynet because of reasonable price, I want to send urgent courier since 2 weeks I'm contacting them via phone and WhatsApp but I'm not getting any proper information from customer service representative they are un professional, not getting replies for messages, no call backs.... Overall worst service.... Contacting them is waste of our time and money!!!

For a single inquiry u call 3 times ur get 3 different answers, the call center agent is inefficient can’t guide customers. And the voice quality is too bad, high distortion during call. As if the agent is talking from space. Website was displaying a different status and the agent was mentioning a all different story. Uncertainty rate is very high. Skynet let the customers uninformed, a big minus from business point of view particularly in logistics business.
