Unfortunately, I must express my dissatisfaction with the overall service provided by Time Express. There were several issues that significantly impacted the delivery process and left me disappointed.

Firstly, I noticed that the staff members handling the delivery were not experienced or adequately trained. This was evident from the lack of professionalism and attention to detail throughout the delivery process. It is essential for any delivery company to have a skilled and knowledgeable team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Secondly, I faced delays in receiving my parcel. The delivery was far from being on time, and this delay caused inconvenience for me as I had planned my schedule around the expected delivery time. Punctuality is a crucial aspect of any delivery service, and it was disappointing to experience delays in this case.

Moreover, despite the fact that the item was clearly mentioned as a desktop computer, it seems that the delivery team was not aware of the custom duty involved. As a result, we were unexpectedly charged an additional INR 10,000 in customs duty fees, which was not communicated to us beforehand. This lack of awareness on the part of your team led to additional expenses for us and was quite frustrating.

Lastly, I was surprised to find that Time Express is using Aramex courier for their deliveries. While Aramex is a reputable courier company, it was unexpected to have a third-party carrier involved in the delivery process. This could have been communicated to customers beforehand to set appropriate expectations.

I believe that honest feedback is essential for any company's growth and improvement, and I sincerely hope that you take my comments into consideration. Improving the experience and reliability of your service will undoubtedly lead to greater customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This company is a scam. First I had to pay around 250 AED for shipping, they picked it up, then they suddenly I had to pay again for "new packaging" and then suddenly we had to pay instead of 4kg for 20kg and again increased the price by more than 500 aed. They pick up your shipment, keep it with them and then not giving you any other options than paying more and more and more and coming up with invalid reasons. I would never ever again work with this company and we officially raised a complaint at Dubai economic department.

Have been using Time Express Parcels LLC for the past 2 months, always with utmost satisfaction. There was once an unfortunate incident with one delivery, but the way it was handled was super amazing that not only restored our confidence in this company, but made of us their top Advocates and supporters. Much respect to Time Express Parcels LLC shareholders, management and team.

This is a dodgy company with hidden costs, terrible customer service and a total lack of communication. Here in Dubai there are so many different choices, I highly recommend using any of the other companies. You have been warned, don't be left with the feeling of I didn't know or I wish someone had said something. This company is unprofessional and not worth the headache of using them.

Ontime delivery, collection, cool and easy, no hassle no unnecessary documentation. They do the needful, efficiently. Pickup and deliver without any unwanted gimmicks and glamour. Light on the pocket too. The best part.
