Booked 2 tickets, event was rescheduled, requested a refund, they deducted the same amount again from my account without any notice. None of 3 numbers work. Its a scam, never book.

We bought 8 most expensive tickets for the Uzbekistan vs Oman football match. To my surprise, all of our seats were occupied by people who got were supposed to sit in a completely different section. These folks didn't bother to listen to me. The stadium management couldn't resolve our problem either. We ended up sitting in a place with the poorest view.
I don't freaking understand - what's the point of us buying the most expensive ticket and we cannot be assure to be seated there??????

Great company when it comes to sell the tickets, but when you face an issue you will have very bad response from them and last thing they care about is customer satisfaction, wonder why they still operating in this why,
My recommendation is, if you find another company that it host the event chose the competitor not this one because you will regret it if you face an issue.

Horrible service. I really dont understand how such companies are not shut down by authorities for their slack work and service.
1- Their website does not provide you any clear picture of the location or any details required for the ticket you are purchasing
2- I purchased the ticket through a phone call and they said I would receive a confirmation email and the event is today and I havent receive ad anything yet.
3- I have been calling since yesterday 4 PM and the lines are just busy
4- I sent them messages on twitter they just dont respond .

Thank you for making me decide that I would never go to any event that will be through TICKETMASTER

Googled "du Arena, Andrea Bocelli Cinema Concert Ticket" and was directed to a ticket sight which appeared to be the 'official' ticket agent site, selling tickets for this event. I ordered and paid for 3 tickets total just over AED 3,400 (1,100+ each) in a VIP seating area.

I received some weeks later, tickets with face value AED 560 (each) in a seating area 2 sections further from the stage. Ticketmaster tickets apparently sold by 'viagogo'. Complained to 'viagogo' who are not interested in putting this right. If you see the 'viagogo' logo I recommend you purchase elsewhere.

Ticketmaster, these are your tickets, can you help?

Very bad experience purchasing BTS tickets. tried to buy my ticket and queued more than 5 times and all FAILED either because poor host or unclear seating. Their website is a mess it was worst online ticketing service I have ever experienced

I've taken my car here ever since moving to Perth. They always do a great job, good prices and genuinely have their customer's interests at heart. Can't recommend highly enough!

Called in at this garage after our car unexpectedly produced an engine warning light during a long journey. The garage were able to help us straight away and resolve the issue meaning we were able to continue with our journey. With it being the day before Xmas eve and most businesses were closely early, we were so lucky to find such a helpful garage. Thanks so much!

Amazing guy I came in at 5 with my Porsche with engine issues in a panic. He was straight in and sorted out the issues. I can’t say how thankful I am he was a gardian angel.

Driving in the motorway and my rear spring broke, he managed to squeeze me in straight away as I was on a time schedule, sources me a new spring and fitted it all for me. Absolutely amazing job well done and for the amazing price of only £164. Definitely highly recommended over all these high end branded companies save yourself a fortune with better customer service and a better job done all round.

Son was having to Stornoway but car had gone into limp home mode three times by the time he reached his overnight stop in Perth. Phoned Perth Garage first thing Saturday morning and they said they could do a diagnostic but couldn't promise to be able to fix it today. Identified and rectified the fault and son was back on his way just after 11am. Excellent service and not expensive. Highly recommended.

THE BEST GARAGE!!!

I broke down on the A9 a couple of weeks ago, after a patrol came to recue us, I managed to go back to Perth and the next day I took my car to Struans garage (don't waste your money there), big mistake as after I was charged my car wasn't fixed actually it was worse and they send me for a diagnostic check somewhere else!!!
After I spoke to some friends, they recommended me to go and see George at Perth Garage. I phoned George the next day and without appoinment he accepted my car in his garage. Just a couple of days after my car was fixed and in perfect conditions at a reasonable price!
Well I feel I have a brand new car now. Highly recommed!!

Our engine started to make a noise on our way to Inverness. The staff at Perth Garage were very professional and friendly. They went through everything and reassured us that the engine was alright. There was a plastic bit that was loose and making a noise. They fixed it, did a final test drive and didn't even charge us! Excellent service. Highly recommended!
