1.I baught 4 goods but the casher received 6 goods, a box of baking pans and a tin are not my given him but in the package. when I found and came back, the other one stopped me and give me my money but didn'tgive me invoice.I can't confirm if is the first time. 2 I baught a new GEEPAS trimmer but I didn't open box in theshop. I arrive home and found it's damaged and have no battery. Yesterday I went to the shop to change but rejected.

Very bad service! I ordered at 3pm no delivery till 11pm. Nobody respond properly in chat . Very very bad service

Always troubles with delivery.They don’t read messages which o ordered .When they delivered I god missed items.And when I texted them back they don’t even reply on it.I don’t know it’s happening there maybe they are not happy to work there,but it’s not my problem seriously!

The distance of delivery was 4 min drive . The delivery literally took 1hour and it did not come yet .they reply so late. They keep saying 10 min .first and last delivery .

For their through whatsapp order they made me wait for hours in many occasions. They dont even bother to reply. My location was in a stone throwing distance from them. Decided not to use them anymore. Many other supermarkets are available in JVC which has more faster and better service.

Never ordering from them via Instashop, so many items were inaccurate and some items were already paid but when they delivered, the man said it wasn't available AND ITS INCLUDED IN THE BILL. Scamming after christmas I see! OH I have another one, one product was expired " 21/12/2020" I'M FUMING.

Don’t Oder anything from this shop because of very bad service always late and not updating also how many minutes or hours they will took to delivery items if bye mistakenly they will time then they always taking more then 1 hours.
