Honestly, booked in person at the office , the operator decided to answer his phone , provide items for a colleague while i was waiting to make a booking. The price was exorbitant, cancelled and walked out. Booked with X press cars , cheaper and far more professional.

I used this company both for work and now for my personal trips as well.
Always on time, always happy-go-lucky drivers.
On a recent trip we also lost a personal item of a great value (non-monetary) and they were very helpful to retrieve it. So thanks to the office and the driver, we’ll see you again soon!

Minimum wait 1 hour if cab turns up at all. Very rude, grumpy, and bad tempered man answers phone. My experience toda and I recommend Bluebird cars ???? if you are wanting lift from hospital.

Never use this cab company - we prebooked cabs for our holiday with car seats for our children and despite us ringing to confirm we had a toddler and small baby who needed an infant seat today, the driver showed up with two toddler seats meaning I had to get the train home with the baby. Beyond useless.

Terrible company, I booked a taxi to the airport and they let me down, turned up 45 mins late (making me late for my flight), and then had the nerve to try and charge me more than was originally quoted. When I called the office, the manager was extremely rude and aggressive and swore at me down the phone, threatening to bombast me with calls and pass my address details on to his friends who would ‘deal’ with me.

Please avoid this place like the plague!!

had a booking from work well in advance to get picked up at 6:45 and had to contact them on the day as my cab did not arrive. It took ages to get through. The controller even hanged the phone up on me without saying hello after I was holding for ages. they said i had to wait 45 mins for my pre booked cab. cab did not arrive until after 9. I start work at 7:30. this is the second year last year they didn't even pick me up. Terrible service.

I ordered a taxi to drop us off to go on holiday. 5 minutes before the taxi was due someone rang and said he couldn’t wake up the drivers and sorry no one’s coming. Left us in the lurch and now struggling to get an Uber at this time. Really poor.

I did use this company from Whittington hospital. They have a free phone and driver picked me up less than 5min . I recommend this company because I was very happy with service. Thank you ????
