Vast shopping area, fully air-conditioned. Mind blowing really for the arrangements. Shops are yet to come in most places. We have a big super market there and parking slots are available in large numbers.

Next Dragon Mart with friendly staffs. You can find anything and everything here on wholesale prices. Found better selection of artificial trees, balls and flowers at this shop at surprisingly low prices.

Ample free parking space and views to watch. Watch out for many weekend special programs, concerts and special discount markets.

I liked the place .. they have few thai shop section .. alot of parking and the shops offer reasnable prices.. small cafes and some small foodcourt .. lovelly to shop souvineers.. i liked the thai message section

A nice place to spend evening time.
Not much rush, quiet and calm place.
Huge Water front area with beautiful view of deira and Abra area, also watch nice sunsets from here.
Shopping area section feels like a small dragon mart. Contains lots of home appliances and mobile accessories shops
RTA bus SM1 available from Gold souk bus station to here.
Spacious parking lots(free).
Lots of restaurants, coffee shops are inside including a food court area.
Childrens playing spots✅
Watched pet festival here- superb.
A perfect family weekend getaway spot.

A lovely place to spend a few hours browsing through Thai products, household and kitchen goods and fashion. There are a lot of vacant shops yet to come up. Stop for bubble tea that's reasonably priced while the Thai food are above 35/- onwards.

Pretty new shopping destination but the shops remind me of being in Deira/Naif. Nothing extraordinary yet. Waiting for more shops to open up. There are events taking place during festivals. Sunset views are amazing.
