I accidentally put a screw into a water pipe. Natural Gas Services Emergency line answered my call straight away and arranged for workman to attend. Within 10 minutes of my call they had arrived and got straight on with the fix. Another colleague arrived shortly after to assist and both were professional and efficient at fixing the leak. Very impressed with this service - would highly recommend in an emergency!

Excellent people, changed my cold water tank just in about 3 hours. It’s commerical pipe means more difficult but they just finished it so quick. They should have a better rate!

Absolutely dreadful service, charged me £300 and as I handed him the cash he told me Worcester Bosch would only charge a fixed price of £270 to repair any issue - I still have no hot water and since they took payment (14 days ago) Natural Gas have not returned any phone calls or replied to text messages.

Work to a extreamly low standard! Had two local engineers inspect the work who both said it looked like a bodge job! Rude and very unhelpful office staff. won't be using again and I'd avoid this company!
