I am a regular here, mostly because I stay in the same complex. The staff that work here are, by far, the friendliest and most amazing group. I have noticed that they will always greet people the time of day, are super quick with their orders (because it’s a school district, mornings tend to be very busy) and the quality of their drinks are always on point! Such a lovely team! Keep up the great work guys!

The coffee is still on the "low-average" quality side however, what makes me come back to this shop is.... Bikash.

I met Bikash in Feb 2022, when I first used this location. Bikash was the one that made me download the Starbucks app and to which I have to thank for receiving a free coffee from time to time (the reward points on the app do that.... ). Bikash was also the one that suggested me to order on the app and just come to collect, saving the drinks preparation time by doing so.

Bikash is always welcoming, knows your name, knows your drink and genuinely feels happy while doing his job.

Dear Starbucks management, such individuals like Bikash are to be appreciated, valued, retained and promoted, as he is an absolute role model in client service, attitude and overall approach to his job and if you could do something to improve the quality of your average coffee, would be great too.

Dear Bikash, THANK YOU and keep it up! You are doing a great gob!

Extremely disrespectful stuff
The made my son wait for an hour and she kept serving other adults
I don’t get how they can ignore kids while there shop is next to school

A very nice starbucks branch, parking available and many many other options around.

Staff were friendly as usual at Starbucks.

This is the best starbucks I’ve been to so far, i often come here to study

I worked here through a temping agency for just over a week. I was a pcb solderer. First week was okay. Being trained and seeing what the job involves. Second week was put on proper production work. Still getting into things and improving my skills. Thought I was doing well until I got a phone call from the agency saying they don't want me anymore. If your not spot on in a week they will ditch you. Now I know why they are always advertising for workers. The company invests loads on machines and production. Nice clean toilets and canteen. Good on site parking. There is a real mixture of people working there. All very polite and friendly. Its a shame I wasn't given enough time to develop my skills.
