*Came this garage for coolant leakage issue on my minicooper 2012(160k km) in Jan 2022...
(Reason for taking my car to this garage: google reviews and Malayalee garage owner )
Mr. Shiju owner asked me to change Engine gasket...The problem starts from there..
* After changing gasket and refix engine...with in some km run...Full coolant drop on road(Mamzar area) bcoz of high pressure from engine...Hired a recovery truck and took again to Spark star garage.
* Now they checked and asked me to change multipe parts(Thermostat,water pumb etc....) after a week also coolant dropping inside engine...I checked with them again..asked me to top up and run again...problem not solved(I understand they are just escaping from the story)
* Again car overheat..took recovery...they understand their service mistake after serious conversation and promised me free engine repair..Problem not solved again.. they asked me to change other parts...(Thermostat 2 times-with payment) changed... again problem..
* Total 3 times they took my car engine outside and did repaired ..Now (March 2023) smoke and engine light ON!! )
*They took 1 month 2 weeks and solve smoke issue..still oil leakage with engine light ON!!
* Now my car run only 10k km after their first service(bcoz most of the time in their workshop)
* My car took to the workshop for more than 12 times (my mistake- blindly believed them)
*Now garage owner Mr.Shiju refused to repair my car (after their engine repair fault) and asked me to take my car to another good garage!!
****Now I am trying to sell my car for scrap value!!
My personal experience:
-No experienced staffs
-Dont know how to diagonise problem(guessing and changing unwanted multiple parts..problem will remain same and waste of money)
-Long time delay to get back our car(Weeks and months)
-Service charge little bit higher but overall ok (we should buy them spare parts).
No guarantee for their work(They will not take responsibility after their service ). -parking space available.
- Only good for normal maintenance like oil change, Tyre change,brake pad change etc..
