Booked a taxi from this company from my work to the nearest station from my house for 6:30pm, taxi arrived 15 minutes earlier from the time, when i went outside and called the man, him speaking very rude and abrupt, he said he had left because he arrived early and i wasn’t there. absolutely ridiculous. i will never be using this company again.

I have been using a2b and dynasty taxi firm for well over a year now, and I can honestly say I can not fault them in any slightest way. They always arrive within a timely manner, are willing to help unload my shopping and the drivers are always friendly. I would recommend using their services to anyone. The best taxi firm in town and competitive priced. A***** from me

Extremely unprofessional and rude evening driver making personal comments about me . Will never use this company again. Shame as lady controller in afternoon was very nice and so was driver.

Absolutely brilliant taxis, took us straight from the station to the caravan park very cheap!! And could even assist with locating taxis in Colchester! Helped us locate shops and local attractions absolutely 10/10 customer service xx

I Rarely use cabs but I made a great choice with this firm. Very helpful and Mick 'the Mod' cabbie was great! I will be sure to use this firm again if needed.

Booked a taxi to take my kids to school. Was late so I rang to see where they were for them to say it was on their way. Waited and still no taxi... rang back just for them to keep putting the phone down. Had to ring a different taxi company as l.e taxis didn't turn up! The kids are now going to be half an hour late for school! Was a regular customer definitely won't be using them again.

I ordered a taxi from the cinema for 10.55pm and i went to see if it was there and it was. So i said 2 mins and i will be out as i had to close down and when i went out there the driver was no where to be seen and i tried calling him and no answer. So will making a formal conplaint to the office and i think this is a disgrace as this has happened to me twice. Apparently a friendly and RELIABLE service. Yes course it is. NOT !!!!!! would not recommend
