I went there this afternoon around 3:40 pm (21.02.020).. when I enter to the shop i was smiling to the sales lady sitting in front of the cashier table and she is busy talking to the telephone and she didn't smile back felt like so upset because I feel that I'm not welcome and she think that I will not buy..then I ignore it, what I did I keep looking to the items and still she didn't assist me. So i went to her asking if there's track suit. Again she ignore me then I said "Ate you look like busy and feel that you don't have any customer asking you". Very bad experience!

I bought a bicycle and they told me they will send a new one. They sent me a defected and scratched one and they don't want to refund!! They told me they will call me back and no one did. Very bad customer service and products. It is a shame how to treat a customer when the world is evolving and you are going back!!
