Taking a walk here is beautiful, i really appreciate the work they have done with the landscaping and its nice to dee what people have done with their gardens! Swimming pools and area well taken care of.

I have lived here for a while. It’s a nice place but there is no good facilities and the houses are very old.

This is my review as a visitor, not as a resident. I used to go to a villa in Springs 5 for private lessons for a young girl. The place has a bus service but it is not frequent, neither is it easy to get taxis. I had to walk quite a long way to get to the bus stop towards the metro and stand under the scorching sun for as long as it takes, as the bus stops have no shaded cover. Unless you have a car, Springs 5 is a horrible place to go to for any purpose.

Lived there for a year, what a great place , one of the best places to live in Dubai , near to EVERYTHING !
The souk spring is just in front if it, pool,lakes, play area for kids, highways, malls ( of emirates and ibn battuta .. ) very safe, very clean.

Nice, Clean & Green area of Dubai, Mostly consist of residence villas, a beautifull artificial lake is also there.

A very big shopping mall is under construction there.
