This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had getting a suit made! The process started well with the tailor coming to my house, taking measurements and showing different fabric types. Quick to take payment at the same time on 11 April. It then took until 22 May to do the first fitting and I only received the clothes (by courier!!!) on the 7th July only to find that the pants are the wrong size! They arranged for a courier to collect and only delivered back on the 29th July! So in total 2.5 months to get clothes that actually fit! Terrible service, terrible follow-up and response. I will never use this company again!

Great tailors at affordable prices ????. This is my second time going to create a suit from scratch and you can be sure they wont disappoint you once made.

The directions can be little bit tricky as its in the 'Rivoli Building' where you enter through the alleyway opposite KFC. Just give them a call and they can help you.

Poor quality and service. The amount of times you need to go back and follow up (without response!) will drive you crazy. Be ready for many trips to old Dubai with crazy traffic and no parking space. The amount you believe you saved will go into petrol and parking fees. 7 months i took me before shirts were kind of ready and even then, I was not happy with the quality.

Great value and fast tailor service. I purchased 2 jackets and 3 shirts, all fitted perfectly first time. These guys are friendly and knowledgeable. Over the last 10 years I’ve purchased most of my suits from Parmar, for the difference in price, I would really recommend these guys.

Very disappointing service. Poor fabrics, tailors are not good, we had to do 3 fitting before handing over and I still had to do an alteration as they could not get the trouser fit right. Finally it took them more than 2 and half months to do it. I usually do my suits with Ascott or Bespoke which are far more professional and of better quality.
