I was not able to receive my debit card since 1 month. Other branches were not cooperating either, however Ms.Najma Yousuf helped me and my dad in every way she could. We were able to receive our card in 2 working days. Customer service at its best!!

Fahidi Branch Review

Pathetic experience as I have gone to request for a duplicate bank statement.

I was asked to go the manager of the bank to verify my signature, which I understand might be a procedure if the signature is a little different.

However, after the bank manager confirmed it. This was followed by a series of unwanted question in relation to my profession, reason for bank statement and etc. The lady at the reception also had the audacity to pass the remark “if you are working as XyZ (my profession) why can you not do your signature properly”.

Quite pathetic branch. I have gotten bank statements from 5 different branches and never faced such a horrible attitude from the staff. If these reviews are seen I would request the manager to look into the matter.

I wish i could lower the stars to negative. This is a fraud bank. I would never ever recommend anyone to use or open an account in this bank. There was a fraud with me, I submitted all the documents related to the fraud. The bank refunded half of my amount and once the payment date was near the bank asked me to make the payment and threatened me about damaging my credit score. Once i made the payment, the bank immediately mailed me stating that the fraud was legit and i would have to bear the remaining amount. It took them 5 months to provide an authenticated statement. They closed the case without any notification. When i asked them reopen the case they clearly denied. It takes about 5 days to reply on mail. Take about 1 hour to respond on call. I just dont want this to happen to anyone else. I even raised a complaint to Central Bank of UAE and dubai police, but there is no outcome yet. I am waiting since June for this case to be resolved. It is really pathetic to even imagine this could happen in Dubai and someone would be so helpless.

Service was good not much crowded very nice service of security easy sitting comfortable chairs setup was good customer care is guiding very well and dealing in good way to all bank customers. Nice service

Couldn't have been nicer, I travelled fir the first time, on my own, a bit nervous, driving and being a woman, no need ti worry at all, I shall be travelling from Liverpool to dublin this way in future,

Basic but very functional and straightforward process. Food on ferry was highlight. Cabins suffice. The wait on and off was only real negative.

Terminal staff scary to be honest, but it was 2am so perhaps just not feeling sociable! Have to say, sailing was brilliant, 10 /10!!! Definitely book a cabin in advance, it is really really worth it. I guarantee you will not regret it. Food was fresh and free! Beats flying any day, it does take 10-11 hours though, but I slept in my room so no complaints from me.

Really easy to check in and get on the ferry. No passenger terminal so it is vehicles and their passengers only.
Staff were lovely and super friendly - especially the woman who spotted my stuffed puffin and told me the best puffin-spotting locations.

Unfortunately due to unforseen problems with the locks getting out of the Dock we were a few hours late sailing. We were sailing with P&O ferries to Dublin. The parking area for cars is small but sufficient as it is mainly a freight ferry. The staff booking you in at the gate were very pleasant but efficient. The Police were also on patrol and were looking at some cars more thoroughly but we were OK. On board we enjoyed 3 meals, it's usually two but they compensated for the delay, we were also given a cabin free of charge for the inconvenience. The meals were really nice and we're in with the ticket price you only had to pay for alcohol. Lounges had TV on them. Outside space limited but sufficient for the amount of people. All staff very friendly and helpful. Would travel with them again and from Liverpool.

Staff very helpful and nice. But as our boat was delayed we we're stuck in port control. Only a vending machine for food!
Staff turned the drinks to free vend and upgraded us to a cabin. But the facilities are very lacking!

Easy access for trucks and cars, friendly staff. The road tarmac is a bit destroyed and noone seems to mind about it, so keep an eye for potholes when moving in between the port.

Also keep the speed limit at 20mph, you never know where the cops are hiding.
