I moved to this building Around 3 months ago.
My apartment is on the 19th floor.
I like the hall it’s big and has lake view.
But the building maintenance is the worst.
This building doesn’t have a swimming pool.
Lifts were out of service for more than 2 months.
Security of this building is zero.
You can enter without access card.
Building has a gym in the backside and to go to gym you have to exit the building.
Gym is in very bad shape.
Limited equipments, poor maintenance.
Lights outside side the apartment are not working, no action is taken even after complaining multiple times.

This is a very good building in sports city.
Only negative thing is there is no pool. Combination of commercial and residential. Ample parking space. Maintenance company within the building premises any issues ever they immediately come to solve. Management people are not so great, heartless towards animals worst thing ever. They always try to improve things. Soon planning for a kids play area. Good elevators. Great view from both sides.

I have an office in Stadium Point Commercial. It’s been one of the happiest business centers I’ve ever been accommodated in. It’s pleasant, staff are very pleasant and it’s central. They have offices of various sizes, fully furnished and are affordable.

With All due respect,
You never gave any booking deposit, Only a verbal offer from your side which was sent to landlord for approval and he didn't accept.
All these are false allegeations against me and my company and I request you to act wisely in these situation.
We deal with all clients with respect and always give them best possible services.

Spacious apartments in DSC, great layout Nd good gym. The only thing is missing is the swimming pool

This building has the worst agents in the world and the absolute worst building management. They are liars, dishonest, they gave our apartment to someone else even though we had booked it. They refused to speak to the landlord for complaints we had and they kept us in the dark. They did not agree to have us sign the contract because they could not guarantee the maintenance will be done and did not want the landlord to deduct the money from their commission. I wish we were able to complain and sue them. Homes 4 All Real Estate are the worst company and need to be taken to court. Iftikhar specifically from this company is the worst.

worst building i have ever lived in, zero security, zero maintenance, people always beeps for the security to open the parking barrier 24/7, you can smell the neighbours food inside your apartment, drilling sometimes at 3 am, neighbours are very noisy in my floor, ac in the common area stops every 2 days, and many other things. avoid that building
