Got charged 6aed more for getting a "medium" strength coffee without the barista telling me that that option comes with a price. He asked if i want medium or strong coffee and I thought it was nothing unusual so I answered medium. When I checked the receipt, I got charged 3aed/coffee (I ordered 2 coffees). They should inform customer that any offer they propose has an extra charge so customers are aware. This feels like cheating to be honest.

The best thing about Starbucks not the coffee but the great employees who are upbeat and connect with customers. Today I came across Pradip at the outlet mall branch whom I met at their Silicon oasis branch in 2018. He recognized me and engaged as warmly as he used to do 5 years ago. Great humans make great brands!

Misha is very polite and very accomodating during the time we are ordering. Even assisted us on how to download the app so we can avail of the benefits and waited patiently.

if you want to grab a nice coffee from a nice place and amazing staff you should come to outlet mall and check the sweetest staff Saddam, maurice ans misha they are the best

Dine in area and table is not clean , Staff are careless, we were obliged to clean the area ourselves.

The lady in the counter Misha Nabuke was extremely supportive in recommending a coffee and explaining it to be what to expect,
Appreciate her spirit and patience.
