Very knowledgeable staff and opticians. Big choice of sunglasses and frames. They also have very good technical equipment. So they are able to check ✔️ your eyes ???? very well. Really good experience when you choose a glass ????

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rivoli Eyezone and I must say, the customer service I received was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the staff- Mr. Matruj- he made me feel welcome and valued throughout my entire shopping experience.
The staff were not only knowledgeable about their products but also incredibly patient and attentive to my needs. Special thank you to Mr. Shubhanshu, as he was with me a long time to understand my preferences, lifestyle, and prescription requirements, as well the eye test, he ensured that I found the perfect pair of eyewear that not only suited my style but also offered the best vision correction.

The after sales service is really bad. They were good when I bought my eye glasses. However when I went for simple alignment, the lady simply asked me to go to another branch. Keeping in mind that the nearest branch is one hour drive away. Even when I went to another branch, they didn’t fix it properly. Although I bought an expensive one but really they are bad in after sales services. So think twice before buying from this place
Even after they wrote the below comment, I sent them an email and yet they didn’t respond. Extremely bad service.

I have a nice experience with this branch, Nandini helped me out to find the best eye contact lenses, she gave me free samples to try on my eyes so I can choose the suitable one, also I purchased two sunglasses with competitive prices (buy one get one free offer)

I visited Rivoli Eyezone (dubai outlet mall branch) to get an eye test for the renewal of my driving license, and I can say that the staff there are very professional. The optician specialist who did my eye test was very friendly. I also bought 2 pairs of sunglasses with the help of "Heni" who was very helpful and kind, he showed a great sense of professionalism and waited patiently with me until I made my choices (I spent almost an hour choosing them). Thank you Heni for making my experience an enjoyable one. Best of luck!

Me and my friend had been there recently to make for our glasses. There was an offer buy one get one free with many selection including free eyes test. The staffs are very friendly especially who did eyes test for us the name is Alfasal I won't forget. Because he is really helpful and testing patiently even the next day I wanted to change the frame still helping me out. I highly recommend.

I went to outlet village store last week to help a friend visiting Dubai from Pakistan to look for sunglasses. Mohammed went out of the way to make us feel comfortable, help get the best deals and choose the perfect pair of sunglasses. Because of him I came back a week later with my husband and once again he kept us engaged including our 4 year old and we ended up getting glasses for both of us. If I return to the store it would be because of him and my trust in him to give us the best advice to help us get the best deal !
